Avui et proposem una de les sortides més especials de l’any: una espectacular combinació de **senderisme pel Cap de Creus i navegació per la Costa Brava**.
Sortirem des de Roses per fer una preciosa ruta a peu seguint un **camí de ronda gairebé verge**, descobrint algunes de les cales més espectaculars del sud del parc natural: **Cala Lledó, Cala Murtra, Cala Rostella**, fins arribar a la mítica **Cala Montjoi**.
Pel camí gaudirem de paisatges salvatges, penya-segats sobre el mar i aigües cristal·lines que conviden a fer una bona **banyada i una estona de relax**.
I quan sembli que l’aventura s’acaba… començarà la segona part!
Tornarem **en vaixell** navegant per la costa més salvatge del Cap de Creus fins al **Cap de Norfeu**, passant per espectaculars coves marines i pels emblemàtics illots del **Gat** i el **Cavall Bernat**.

Te proponemos una de las salidas más especiales del año: una espectacular combinación de **senderismo por el Cap de Creus y navegación por la Costa Brava**.
Saldremos desde Roses para realizar una preciosa ruta a pie siguiendo un **camino de ronda casi virgen**, descubriendo algunas de las calas más bonitas del sur del parque natural: **Cala Lledó, Cala Murtra, Cala Rostella**, hasta llegar a la famosa **Cala Montjoi**.
Durante la ruta disfrutaremos de paisajes salvajes, acantilados sobre el mar y aguas cristalinas perfectas para **darnos un buen baño y relajarnos un rato**.

Join us for one of the most special outings of the year: a spectacular combination of **hiking in Cap de Creus Natural Park and a boat trip along the Costa Brava**.
Starting from Roses, we’ll follow a beautiful **almost untouched coastal trail**, discovering some of the most stunning coves in the southern part of the park: **Cala Lledó, Cala Murtra, Cala Rostella**, until reaching the iconic **Cala Montjoi**.
Along the way we’ll enjoy wild landscapes, dramatic sea cliffs and crystal-clear waters — perfect for **a refreshing swim and some relaxing time by the sea**.
And just when it feels like the adventure is ending… the second part begins!

**How does the event work?**
* **Welcome** → Guests arrive and register. Hosts welcome you. You will receive a sticker to write your name and stick it on your chest. This will help to remember all names. You will also have a pen and a sheet of paper just exclusively for you where you need to write the names of all the dates you will have and comments just for yourself. You may find in the sheet the number or letter of the table you need to sit at the beginning. Go to the waiting area that the organizers will tell you. At the end of the event it is important that you scan the first QR CODE on your sheet and there will have to fill in your contact information: name, phone number, instagram, mail... and the name of the three people you like the most (It is a good idea to write all the names in the sheet as long as we are having the dates, and at the end just crossed out all except for the 3 we like the most). In the form we will also appreciate your feedback either good or negative to improve the event. You can grab a drink, nip the loo and relax in the indicated area. We ask the girls to come 15 minutes earlier than guys to start sitting them. In general we organise two or three groups divided by age range, but it depends on the number of participants. During the rounds a waiter/waitress will come just in case you need a refill!
* **Icebreaker activity** → Depending on the day we have an ice-breaker activity for each group which consists in answering questions to start getting to know all participants.
* **Rounds Begin** → Each participant has a mini-date (7 minutes) with another person. You may find ice breaker questions on the table in case you need them to help start enthralling conversations.
* **Rotation** → At the signal (host announcement or gong), the guys move to the next partner. The rotation is always following the order of the numbers or letters you will find on the table: A,B,C,D,E,F... 1,2,3,4,5,6... When you get to the last number you will jump to the first one. Same with letters. Boys will be stand up 30 seconds to take notes and girls will remain sitting in same position.
* **Half-break** → There is no half-break but if you want to pause, just ask the host if you can skip a round of 7 minutes so you can order drinks or food, go to the can or just relax at the garden.
* **End of Rounds** → At the end we usually gather at the garden to have a drink. Like this you still have time to talk to people and make your decision.
* **Fill the sheet** → Participants indicate who they’d like to see again. Maximum 3 names. It is important to scan the first QR code in your sheet to fill the form. We could increase the number of names voted but here we are **looking for the real sparkle. You can vote until monday at 18h!**
* **Results** → **On tuesday in the morning**, the organizer shares mutual matches privately after the event by Meetup message or mail. Please check your SPAM FOLDER. If you get a match, you will receive your match's contact information.
In order to create a good atmosphere it's very important that in your profile you have a clear picture of you. If you do not have a picture of yourself, you will be kindly moved to waiting list. Even if you see waiting list try to get enrolled as I Will be accepting to keep a balance men/women. It helps to create a better ambience.
**If you get enrolled and pay and in the end you can not make it, please inform us before the last 48 hours of the event. Otherwise you won't either be given the refund or scheduled for another day.**

# **¿Cómo funciona el evento?**
### **Bienvenida**
Los participantes llegan y se registran. Los anfitriones os darán la bienvenida.
Recibirás una pegatina para escribir tu nombre y pegarla en el pecho (ayuda a recordar los nombres).
También tendrás un **bolígrafo y una hoja** exclusiva para ti donde escribirás los nombres de tus citas y tus comentarios personales.
En la hoja podrás tener el número o letra de la mesa donde deberás iniciar el juego. Ves a la zona de espera indicada por los organizadores.
Al final del evento es **muy importante** escanear el **primer QR** de tu hoja para rellenar el formulario con tu:
* nombre
* número de teléfono
* Instagram
* correo electrónico
* **los tres nombres** de las personas que más te han gustado
*(Es buena idea escribir todos los nombres durante las citas y al final tachar todos excepto los 3 que más te gusten.)*
En ese formulario también puedes dejar tu feedback para mejorar el evento.
Mientras esperas puedes pedir una bebida, ir al baño y relajarte en la zona indicada.
Pedimos a las chicas que lleguen **15 minutos antes** para poder sentarlas antes de que lleguen los chicos.
Generalmente organizamos dos o tres grupos por rangos de edad, dependiendo del número de participantes.
Durante las rondas, un camarero pasará por si necesitáis pedir algo.

### **Actividad para romper el hielo**
Dependiendo del día, hacemos una actividad para romper el hielo que consiste en contestar una serie de preguntas por grupos que sirven para conocer un poco más las diferentes personas antes de empezar las rondas de speed dating.
### **Inicio de rondas**
Cada participante tiene una mini-cita de **7 minutos** con otra persona. Podrás encontrar preguntas para romper el hielo en la mesa que podrás usar si tu deseas para empezar una buena conversación.
### **Rotación**
A la señal del anfitrión (campana o gong), **los chicos se mueven** a la siguiente mesa.
La rotación es siempre siguiendo el orden de los números o letras que se encontrarán en las diferentes mesas: A,B,C,D,E,F... 1,2,3,4,5,6.... Al llegar a la última letra, se irá hacía la primera. Lo mismo aplica con los números.
Los chicos se levantan 30 segundos para tomar notas; las chicas permanecen sentadas.
### **Pausa**
No hay pausa general, pero si quieres descansar una ronda de 7 minutos, puedes pedir al anfitrión saltarte una ronda para pedir bebida, comida, ir al baño o relajarte en el jardín.
### **Fin de rondas**
Al terminar, normalmente nos reunimos en el jardín para tomar algo. Así puedes seguir hablando y tomar tu decisión final.
### **Rellenar la hoja**
Indica los nombres de **máximo 3 personas** que te gustaría volver a ver.
Escanea el **primer QR** y rellena el formulario. Podríamos ampliar a más nombres pero aquí realmente **estamos buscando la chispa real**, por eso el límite es de 3 nombres máximo a votar. Tenéis hasta el lunes a las 18h para votar.
### **Resultados**
El **martes por la mañana**, el organizador enviará los **matches mutuos** de forma privada por mensaje de Meetup o correo, por favor revisar la bandeja de SPAM.
Si tienes un match, recibirás la **información de contacto** de esa persona.

# **Normas importantes**
* Es fundamental que en tu perfil tengas **una foto clara de ti**.
Si no tienes foto, te moveremos a la lista de espera.
* Aunque veas lista de espera, apúntate igualmente: ajustamos para mantener **equilibrio chicos/chicas**.
* Si te inscribes y pagas pero no puedes venir, debes informarnos **48 horas antes del evento**.
En caso contrario, no habrá reembolso ni cambio de fecha.
* Debes respetar el código de conducta estándar y la educación con todo el mundo. La organización se reserva el derecho de expulsar del evento inmediatamente a quién esté incumpliendo las normas. *Customize the IDE: Building Extensions for Visual Studio Code*
Visual Studio Code is one of the most widely used development environments today, and much of its flexibility comes from its extension ecosystem. Extensions allow developers to customize the editor with new features, integrations, and workflow improvements tailored to their needs.
In this session, we’ll cover what extensions are and the different types available, including full extensions written in TypeScript or JavaScript, along with lighter-weight extensions such as color themes, language packs, language support, code snippets, and keymaps. We’ll also look at practical reasons a developer might create an extension, from automating repetitive tasks to adding custom tooling.
The session includes a hands-on walkthrough of creating a new extension, testing it locally, and understanding the basic project structure. We’ll close with a brief overview of how extensions are packaged and published to the Visual Studio Marketplace and other distribution options.
