DELTA DE L'EBRE + ROCA FORADADA.** * Començarem amb una ruta èpica i imprescindible de 10 km i 530 m desnivell, que va fins al mirador més extraordinari: La Roca Foradada. * A la tarda, anirem fins al Delta de l'Ebre per anar a "guaitar" els flamencs , aus mitològiques representatives del renaixement i la transformació a l'antiga Grècia i Roma, i vinculats a l'au fènix. * En aquest tercer dia, com a grup, ja haurem creuat el **llindar de la transformació**: deixant anar el que no ens serveix i deixant que emergeixi el millor de cadascú. **★ Dilluns 6 abril.
