Join Milan Expats & Locals for a fun evening of board games at Draft, a cozy pub located near the bolivar area. This event is a perfect opportunity to meet new people, have a great time and enjoy some good beers and food while playing games.
Bring your own favorite board game or play with our strategy games like Catan, Coup, Uno, Cards against Humanity and Magic The Gathering. Whether you're an experienced player or a newcomer, this event is open to everyone and there is no obligation to spend, the event is free and open to everyone. So come along, relax and have a great time playing board games with a friendly community of expats and locals from Milan.
We'll also be crowd-sourcing for more games in the future, so be sure to bring any suggestions.

This is a regular **2-hour volleyball game** for current members of our group. We usually play **5v5**, or **4v4**. **1) Please RSVP only if you can commit.** **2)** Please **arrive 10 minutes early and be on time** so we can start smoothly. **3)** If you’re **NEW**, **message first and do not RSVP directly**. To keep games balanced, guest spots are limited and usually suitable for intermediate-level players only. At the moment, the group is at capacity, so we are not accepting new regular members unless invited. **4)** If we reach out to confirm your spot and do not receive a timely response, the place may be offered to another available player. This helps us keep participation fair, keep the game organized, and make sure others feel comfortable joining the waitlist without worrying about being left out unfairly. **This is not a training session or a highly competitive setup. The *Sentee di Sort* is a beautiful trail rich in scenic viewpoints and panoramic spots, connecting the villages of Rovella and Moltrasio on Lake Como. The view over the mountains of the *Triangolo Lariano* and the villages below is truly remarkable. **PROGRAM** **11:00 AM** – Meeting point at *Bar al Centrale* in Moltrasio (CO) **11:15 AM** – Start of the route **12:45 PM (approx.)** – Arrival, free time, and lunch (packed lunch or meals available at local facilities) **2:30/3:00 PM (approx.)** – Return **Difficulty: Medium** – 4 km and about 1 hour 20 minutes of walking each way, with 300 meters of elevation gain. No special equipment or clothing required. CABS First Friday of the month gaming!!! Door opens at 4pm and will go until the last game is played or the closer for the night needs their sleep.

The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~20 per person. Soft drink refills are 1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Thank you for your continued commitment to providing a fun and welcoming space to veteran, newbie, and rookie gamers in the Columbus area. Parking can sometimes fill esrly. There is additional parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.

Welcome to Casual Boardgames, where we enjoy classic tabletop games and social deduction games while bonding over good food, drinks, and great conversations. 
We started this group to meet new people and make new friends, and bonding over games in a relaxed atmosphere is a great way to do that. We currently meet near route 23 and Polaris Parkway, and this is close to areas like Powell, Lewis Center, Worthington, and parts of Westerville and Columbus. 
Feel free to bring your own games or play one of the many games our members bring. If you are inexperienced, we will help you learn. 
Here are just a few examples of the kind of games we play. 
Tabletop/board games: Splendor, Catan, Azul, Dominion, 7 Wonders… 
Social deduction games: Code Names, Chameleon, Werewords… 
IMPORTANT: 
1. While we love playing a variety of games and competing, we are not just about the games. We interact and talk while playing, and this leads to a lot of laughter and fun. If you just want to compete and focus solely on the game, then this is probably not the group you are looking for. 
2. Many people join groups like this and never (or rarely) show up after weeks or months. If you join and never really come, we will eventually remove you from the group as a courtesy to our members. Why? Because limiting group conversations (on the app) to regular members makes communication and planning much easier. Also, while it may be rare, it protects members from people who join because they are interested in following a person instead of having a real interest in our group. If you get removed, it is just because you haven’t come, and we follow this protocol as a courtesy to our regular game players.
