Here in Brussels, it is a chance to share Irish art, music, and culture with the wider community and to welcome everyone, Irish or not, into the spirit of inclusion and openness. The event also shines a light on Brussels as a diverse and international capital. It brings together people from many nations and regions, highlights the city’s architecture and heritage, and shows how Belgium and Ireland share long and surprising links stretching back to the 6th century. While origami is commonly associated with decorative or representational forms, origata and orisue focus on wrapping, folding, and presentation as acts of care and intention. These practices invite us to slow down and work with attention. Each fold becomes a deliberate gesture — toward the material, the person receiving the gift, and ourselves. In a world that often prioritizes speed and perfection, this way of working restores value to presence, patience, and the time we choose to give. We will show you why people have trouble controlling their temper and where resentment comes from. Flaring anger can ruin a meeting, a relationship, an opportunity, or just about any aspect of life. Worst of all, outbursts towards our family can create hurt that lingers throughout a lifetime. You want to have a civil conversation, and you’ve vowed that you wouldn’t lose your temper, but a few minutes later, the anger flares up.
