Sesión individual de **Arteterapia Humanista**, utilizando el dibujo como herramienta de autoconocimiento. En la sesión realizaremos un **dibujo** y, a través de él, lo utilizaremos como **herramienta** de **reflexión** e **indagación personal**. La sesión individual tiene una duración de una hora y media y se desarrolla en un espacio íntimo, tranquilo y libre de juicios. El **proceso creativo** se guía desde la arteterapia humanista, invitando a dibujar de forma espontánea, **sin necesidad** de experiencia previa ni de **conocimientos artísticos**. El **dibujo** actúa como un puente hacia el subconsciente, permitiendo que aspectos internos, emociones y contenidos profundos se expresen de manera simbólica y espontánea. A través de la **creación artística** y la posterior **reflexión**, se facilita la toma de conciencia de aquello que muchas veces no encuentra palabras, favoreciendo un proceso de **exploración personal** más auténtico y revelador. Esta sesión está dirigida a personas que deseen profundizar en su autoconocimiento, explorar sus emociones y conectar consigo mismas a través del arte. Si estás interesado o interesada en realizar una sesión individual de autoconocimiento a través del dibujo, te invito a reservar tu espacio. La sesión tiene una duración de **una hora y media** y un precio de **80 €**. Para reservar la sala, se solicita un **pago previo de 30 €**. Las sesiones se realizan en la **zona de Sant Andreu, Barcelona**, en un ambiente íntimo, tranquilo y de acompañamiento consciente. We organise a watercolour workshop for beginners; The teacher is an advanced graphic designer and painter Tiana Diakova, whose works you can check on Instagram: @diakova_art. The maximum amount of people is 10 so the teacher will be able to guide every person. The workshop is adapted to a beginner's level (every time people who never painted before are surprised with the result they achieve!) But also the process will be interesting for those who draw or paint already. For architects, designers and illustrators it's a good way to discover a new technique and make new contacts) All materials are included so there is no need to bring anything. We’ll begin with a short grounding moment, followed by a brief reading from spiritual or philosophical traditions, and an open reflection circle where participants can share (or simply listen). Libera Animae is an interfaith community focused on inner growth, creativity, and authentic connection. We desire to cultivate a space where all questions are welcome and each person is treated with compassion and respect.

We'll meet at The Capital One Café, 167 Easton Town Center, Space A-103. This is in the main mall where the Microsoft store used to be, on your left if you're standing at the bottom of the AMC Theater escalator. Join us on Sunday for an hour of uninterrupted wordmaking! • What we'll do Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at noon on Sundays. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: 12:00 - quick intros. 12:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour. 1:10 - chat / take off / keep writing. OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 1-1:30ish. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. BEING LATE IS OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check-in with me after the session.
