Aquí nos reunimos personas con ganas de explorar el arte desde un lugar cercano, humano y sin exigencias. No hace falta experiencia previa: solo curiosidad, ganas de compartir y el deseo de crear en compañía. Cada encuentro es una oportunidad para desconectar del ritmo diario, expresarte libremente y conocer a otras personas que también buscan un espacio auténtico donde sentirse parte de algo. Ojalá este grupo se convierta para ti en un pequeño refugio creativo.

Grupo de personas interesadas en realizar talleres de Arte Terapia de línea Jungiana Integrativa semanalmente en estudio artístico ubicado en Poble-Sec, Barcelona. Participación abierta a toda persona adulta que se sienta llamada por esta posibilidad, especialmente aquellas que se encuentren transitando la transformación (llamada crisis) de la mediana edad. Los talleres consisten en un proceso creativo donde exploramos y expresamos nuestros mundos interiores a través de la técnica del collage (principalmente), u otras formas de expresión plástica que sintamos indicadas en el momento, para así escuchar y ser escuchados, compartir y profundizar en nuestro autoconocimiento y en la relación con nuestro mundo interior, buscando integrar, concientizar y reconciliar las distintas voces, con el objetivo de poder abrirnos a la mágica promesa de lo trascendente. Talleres de una a tres personas, de dos horas de duración, sin límite mínimo o máximo de sesiones. I'm launching my independently-published, ***Field Journal: Mindfulness in Nature - Europe***, a guided pocket journal for slow walkers, quiet watchers, and anyone who finds peace in the natural world, and I'd love to celebrate it with you! **How the afternoon flows:** 1: Arrive, settle in & mingle Help yourself to a few sweet and savory snacks, bring your own drink (and snacks), and get to know the people around you. No rush. 2: The journal: its story & how to use it We'll explore the journal together — where it came from, what inspired it, and how to make it your own out in nature. 3: Colour, write & doodle Choose a bird or nature colouring page and settle in. I'll share some gentle journaling prompts to write alongside your art — and doodle to your heart's content too. 4: Free time — yours to enjoy Keep creating, chat with others, browse the journals, or simply sit and be. The rest of the afternoon is yours. Colouring pages, pencils, and other materials are provided (except for the journal - this needs to be purchased separately, 14,99€ - I accept contactless card, Bizum or Cash).
