From there, we'll take a walk to CCCB (The Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona), which has a café and co-working space. Once we get there, we'll ask for coffee/tea and get ready to embark on our creative journey! The art-making process will serve as a bridge for social and creative communication, and the theme will be centered around traveling and the things that make us vibrate. We'll start by using imagery, storytelling, and moving freely between drawing and writing to collage. We'll also work collaboratively, with each collaborator adding to a composition in sequence, allowing creativity to flow as we play. The main objective is self-expression, awakening creativity, having fun, and sharing a nice time together while colors and words come together to empower the artistic experience. I will guide you in the right direction to create something that you may have never thought of on your own, and you can take your own pace with art and bring it back home. The aim of this art workshop is to enhance your own creativity and self-expression. (not for beginners or those interested in becoming famous) There are other workshops at Bigoli Studios for beginners emphasizing the basic pillars of Acting. This workshop is strictly for serious and dedicated Acting professionals. **THE WORKSHOP** is open to monologue work, original scene work with a partner or two, and other material (an audition or booked job for a film, play or series) It's an invaluable experience for an Actor to create in a safe environment. It enables actors to enhance their creativity, concentration and commitment in a supportive environment. I encourage those interested in developing their craft to join us and experience that growth. The workshop is flexible and drop ins are encouraged, meaning if you are preparing for a role and wish to work on it for a few workshops and then come another time that's fine. It is the same format as the Actors Studio of New York. **ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:** Tomislav is a versatile storyteller with a rich backgound in writing, directing and teaching. He received his masters degree in writing and directing at Columbia University in 1993, and has worked with well known directors such as David Lynch, Emir Kusturica, and Martin Scorsese. He is also a lifetime member of the Actors Studio in New York which has shaped his process in helping actors add layers to their craft.

The topic for February is "Transitions" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience.
