In this writing workshop for creative and intuitive writing, you can let go of that pressure and discover what happens when you just start writing. And yes, it works! Instead of perfecting your brooding mode, here you will learn to follow your body, your breath, and your inner impulses. With breathing exercises, short meditations, simple mindfulness exercises, and guided writing prompts, you will get out of your head—and into your writing. You don’t need any finished ideas, a „perfect style,“ or talent.
