Centro Cultural Capoeira Água de Beber (CECAB) – Capoeira Água de Beber Cultural Centre – is a non-profit organization, founded officially in January 2002. Yoga Classes with Hannah Fitzpatrick on Wednesday evenings at Anam Ashram, Tallaght, 7pm-8:8.30pm. This is a moderate paced class where we will stretch and strengthen our bodies in various ways, but we will also keep a keen awareness on our breath and body-sensation throughout.
