Be-weekly lessons with experienced practitioner Ingrid Wenger. We want to consciously experience movement together and give our bodies the attention they need. Everyone participates according to their abilities – together, yet each at their own pace. We work with balls, bands, music, but above all with our imagination and lots of fun. The training is based on the Franklin Method and Karin Gurtner's Slings Myofascial Training. The goal is to increase your physical well-being and open up a new connection to your body. It's wonderful to discover that you already possess many tools within yourself to enhance your quality of life. Simple and without much effort. Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet at the Mythenquai Badi entrance no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Safely acclimating the body to cold temperatures requires preparation and gradual exposure.

Dear All, This session is mainly for the people who want to learn kundalini yoga/meditation in a traditional way. Traditionally the master will transfer his/her kundalini energy to the student to activate his important chakras (energy centre) including Third Eye and Crown Chakra. Dale Gnidovec, Curator of the Orton Hall Museum of Geology at The Ohio State University, will be presenting a program he has wanted to share with us for a long time: Plate Tectonics. His description of his program: Continents on the move - Nothing in Earth history makes sense without moving continents - it tells us why mountains, volcanoes, minerals, and fossils are where they are. This talk examines the evidence for continental drift, why it was disbelieved, and explains how the more-encompassing theory of plate tectonics was developed and eventually proven. Dale is an energetic, incredibly knowledgeable, and very entertaining speaker and this will be another wonderful program by Dale. Hope to see you there! Food and drinks will be provided at the event.
