Saigon Lotus Restaurant is another favorite and they have around for a long time. It is a Vietnamese vegan restaurant known for its plant-based dishes. It is a good time to pay them another visit. They do get busy for Saturday noon time. They go out of their way to give us a group reservation. Please sign up only if you are committed to attend.
