Tango Improvers Student Class
Join us for a fun-filled new evening class of **Tango** **for Improvers Level**
Whether you have two left feet or have never danced before, this class will have something for you. We will guide you through the basic steps and techniques of tango, helping you discover the elegance and passion of this captivating dance form. Join us to experience the joy and freedom of this beautiful dance and **meet a room of new friends along the way**
In these classes our experienced instructors will break down the tango moves and build them up gradually, ensuring that you get a solid foundation. You will learn the fundamental techniques, including posture, embrace, and footwork, and gain confidence in leading or following your partner. Throughout these lessons we will focus on partner connection and musicality, allowing you to express yourself and create beautiful movements on the dance floor.
**No partner or previous dance experience is necessary.** Just come with comfortable clothing and shoes, and be prepared to immerse yourself in the enchanting world of tango.

Belly Dance Movement for Wellbeing
A relaxed belly dance-inspired movement session in Dublin city centre.
This class is an accessible movement practice designed to support wellbeing, posture, and gentle full-body fitness.
We work from simple foundational movements and focus on:

This event has a different topic each time and includes a variety of interactive exercises. It's an engaging and creative way to express ourselves, and connect with how others think, feel and deal with life. We will aim to provide a supportive and safe environment and open up about our lives freely.
A lot of times we don't talk about what we are really going through because we are worried of what people might think of us. This causes us to bottle things up, feel disconnected with the people around us or feel ashamed of ourselves.
Anything you share in the session is confidential and shall not be disclosed outside of the room.

Belong To is the national organisation for LGBTQ+ young people and their families in Ireland. Belong To offers advice, information and crisis counselling supports for LGBTQ+ youth, as well as supports for families to help them support their loved on.
They provide safe and fun spaces for young people to meet and individualised support with professionals such as youth workers. The charity runs schools and youth service programmes to develop inclusive and welcoming spaces for LGBTQ+ youth right across the country, and advocates with and for LGBTQ+ youth for inclusive policy and legislation. We are recruiting new group leaders for virtual men's groups! Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

Our Outdoor Movement & Community Empowerment Groups are simple, guided experiences designed to help people reconnect with nature, themselves, and others. We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment.

Walk & Talk About Life's Big Questions
[The Board Walks](http://www.theboardwalks.com/) are for curious people who love deep conversations.
If that sounds like you, **bring a thoughtful topic** and join us for a 5-mile walk (10,000+ steps!).
**HOW IT WORKS**
**Step 1: Bring a topic**
Before you arrive, think of **one** topic you want to explore. A question. A thought that's been on your mind. An obsession you want to geek out on. This is your ticket to the event.
**Step 2: Circle up & share**
We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
**Step 4: Feel more alive**
Two hours flies by. You're back where you started — but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others. That's why regulars join 20+ times.

**HOW TO BRING A GREAT TOPIC**
A great topic = something you're genuinely curious about.
Recent topics include:

* "What would you do if money wasn't a factor?"
Think of your topic like the dish you're bringing to our conversational potluck. If everyone brings an A+ dish (i.e. energizing, uplifting, expansive), we'll all walk away feeling lighter and brighter.

This isn't a fitness event with casual chitchat. It's a walking think tank where we explore life's big questions together, beyond small talk. *If you're looking for light banter or a standard networking event, this probably isn't the right fit.*

**New to dancing? A beginners’ session, from 1:30 to 2:00 PM, will get you started. You will learn some basic figures that will be repeated in the afternoon’s dances. All dances will be taught and no partner is needed. Dancing is from 2:00 to 4:30 PM.**
