For those that already have some knowledge of ballet, or dance and classes which require coordination. To teach at out event we are inviting a former international ballet pro to show the elements of Ballet, Pilates, Stretching, to develop a core strength, flexibility and a great posture, as well as mentally linking muscle memory, so the gains on posture are immediate and easily remembered. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles worked & conditioned. The Wapping Jaguars men's volleyball team are set to start playing in division 3 of the London league from September and is now in the process of recruiting new players. We are looking for upper intermediate level players, all positions welcome, knowledge of rotations is an advantage. Our team will be having training sessions at the Shooters Hill College (SE18 4LD) with our coach Sorin on Thursday with challenging drills and 5-1 rotations practice. For this Thursday's session 6 places are open as the 6 other places are already taken by existing players. **Rules** Standard indoor volleyball rules

Continue reading for a general description of the game: Blood on the Clocktower is a bluffing game enjoyed by 5 to 20 players on opposing teams of Good and Evil, overseen by an experienced Storyteller. During a 'day' phase players socialize openly and whisper privately to trade knowledge or spread lies, culminating in a player's execution if a majority suspects them of being Evil. At 'night' time, players close their eyes and some are woken one at a time by the Storyteller to gather information, spread mischief, or kill. Use all your powers of deduction and deception to survive this game of murder and mystery. The game will be fully explained at the event.
