Warm-up & dynamic stretching 2. Steps Training - up to 8 different sets of stairs and slopes around Fort Canning (we start and end at the same place) 3\. Jogging/brisk\-walking between stations **Items to bring/wear** * comfortable sports attire and appropriate shoes * (Arm-length) Towel and water bottle * Most of us will be carrying our bags as part of hike training (you can choose to leave them in your car if you’re driving or bring a small bag) Make sure you are able to run with your bag!
