## 🌹 MindfulSex y Danza Terapia ### **Habitar el cuerpo, despertar el placer** Una invitación a **volver al cuerpo, despertar la energía vital y expandir tu sensualidad natural**. Este encuentro es un **viaje experiencial para mujeres** donde exploraremos el cuerpo como territorio de conciencia, placer y autenticidad. A través del movimiento, la respiración y la atención plena, abriremos un espacio para reconectar con la **fuerza instintiva, la sensorialidad y el disfrute del propio cuerpo**. Este taller combina **Danza Movimiento Terapia (DMT)**, **psicología y sexología**, junto con prácticas de **mindfulness**, integrando saberes ancestrales sobre el cuerpo con perspectivas contemporáneas de la **neurociencia, la somática y la salud sexual**.
