Since beginning my wellness journey in 2019, I’ve been fortunate to share my practice around the world — from luxury resorts in the Maldives and Panama to boutique yoga studios in San Diego and Luxembourg, as well as retreats in Spain, Portugal, Croatia, and Hungary. In my classes, I emphasize mindful movement and strength through a supportive, inclusive approach that helps students of all levels grow in confidence and wellbeing.
