**For ages 17 and above.** The Quickstep was developed in the 1920s in suburban New York, and was greatly influenced by the Charleston fever of 1925. Seen as a light and fast-paced dance with smooth glides and chasses, the Quickstep is a dance with basic steps that are easy to learn for beginners, and provides an impressive expression of rhythm for advanced dancers. **Looking for some friendly, fun 11 v 11 football action? All are welcome.** A Referee and official Host/s will be there to facilitate and ensure safety. The Bachata is a dance from the Caribbean and Dominican Republic, and it began as a very basic dance. It's similar to Mambo and Rumba, although it replaces the “slow step” of both dances with a triple step. Stylized strides dominate this dance, along with periodical sharp and staccato movements. Tango’s passionate nature evokes a strong connection to the music, your partner and the audience, a dance that is exciting and often easy to learn.
