This talk shows how Nix and devenv provide deterministic, host-native development environments that model compilers, runtimes, system libraries, and tooling as a reproducible dependency graph — eliminating much of the toolchain complexity developers often push into Docker and Docker Compose. **Autogenic training** is a method that, by directing attention to specific parts of the body and entering a state of deep relaxation, reconnects the brain with the body.
