You may suffer from High Altitude Sickness in the beginning days of your Tibet trip. But don’t worry too much, **the high altitude can be acclimatized usually in 2\~3 days**. Our suggestion is to take a physical examination and get suggestions from your doctor, and medicines like aspirin is helpful to ease the headache. (drinking coke is also helpful). While in Tibet, you should **keep warm all the time**, avoid running, drink more water and eat more vegetables and carbohydrates. We suggest you to not take showers during the first day after your arrival at Tibet. If you don’t feel well, get help from your tour guide or go to the hospital without any delay.

This is a game for people of all ages and skill/experience levels who want to play a friendly and non-competitive pickup frisbee game. We meet every Weekend afternoon in century park as long as weather is okay. We arrange warm up & practice. We'll work on some throws, passes, & catches. and utimate Frisbee Pickup Game of 7 vs 7 as well. All levels welcome even beginners! If you haven't played before or want to polish your skills, myself and a couple of the more experienced players will be there 30 minutes before to toss, explain the rules and run through a couple drills. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor. Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 1:30 - 2:00, followed by dancing 2:00 - 430. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner. We’re still working to get more people into these Meetups, but our goal is to give PlayYourCourt members a few social tennis outings each week in addition to your practice sessions and Challenge League matches. These Meetups are co-ed, super laid back, and all skill levels are welcome.
