Be-weekly lessons with experienced practitioner Ingrid Wenger. We want to consciously experience movement together and give our bodies the attention they need. Everyone participates according to their abilities – together, yet each at their own pace. We work with balls, bands, music, but above all with our imagination and lots of fun. The training is based on the Franklin Method and Karin Gurtner's Slings Myofascial Training. The goal is to increase your physical well-being and open up a new connection to your body.
