Details: SPACE: Four participant sewing class, plus the host, held in a comfortable, spacious living room , with double doors beside us, as we work. CLASS CONTENT: Learn to use a sewing machine (maybe bring your own along if you wish to gain confidence in using it) Make a cute cotton tote bag (or your own project) / have some fun / meet like minded new friends and learn a new skill / craft. Progress to make a simple piece of clothing! What’s available: * Complimentary glass of juice if you wish. * Bring your own machine or if you wish you’re welcome to use mine. * Hand sanitiser/wipes available. * Plenty of space. * Warm room. * Professional teacher. MATERIALS: I supply large selection of threads / pins / needles and rippers! You may wish to bring your own fabric and extras eg. ribbon, lace etc for your individual item (happy to help you choose/source fabrics) Also up-cycling of an old crisp cotton dress or shirt is encouraged.

Come along to get rid of the number one fear people have. Every week we have new members and people starting from scratch so you will not be alone. Everything is based around what you're comfortable with and you don't have to stand up, talk or do anything if you don't feel like it. But you will have the opportunity to speak at least 4/5 times a night. You can come along to see what we're doing and take part if you like. Come join me in cleaning up litter near the Killiney Beach Dart Station in South Dublin. I will supply a cart, bags/buckets, litter grabbers, and occasionally a dog (for morale). Feel free to bring your own equipment if you have it. Here's the plan: 1. Meet at the Killiney Beach Dart Station 2. Collect litter along the beach. 3. Circle back to the starting point when finished. Note that we will walk in wet grass/mud on occasion and will be handling litter, so best to wear appropriate clothes, footwear and gloves. Please check weather before attending to ensure you're dressed for it. Feel free to drop in or out at whatever time suits you. I'm typically out for an hour or two or until the area I'm focused on has been cleaned. Feel free to message me with any questions.

Let's meet for a swim on St. Patrick's Day at Sandycove at 12.00 We'll meet at the bicycle rack opposite the sauna Wear whatever feels comfortable to you, a full wetsuit or a simple swimsuit. **How does a TennisColumbus Season / League run?** The league advertises the season dates and builds a queue of committed players for the season. **Kickoff Day - March 26th** The start day of the season, players are sent a kickoff email that contains important information about the league, the link where your league standings and players contact information. We guarantee 6 playing partners at your playing level, but have been averaging closer to 15+ partners in most cities. The number of different levels we run is solely based upon the number of players enrolled for the league kickoff. Typically we are running a Skilled-3.0, Competitive-3.5 and Advanced-4.0 in most cities. **Your Task - "Flexible Scheduling"** After this kickoff email is sent, it is the **player's task to communicate with other players**. Players should work with their partners to find an agreeable time and location to play the match. While TennisColumbus doesn't mandate your playing schedule, it is recommended that players schedule at least one match per week. By request of the players, we started to allow players to play 1 rematch per season. The regular season is all about playing as much as you can. As of Feb. 10, 2026 we've had an amazing 2,017 players play more than [20 matches in a season](https://www.tenniscolumbus.com/info/MatchesInSeason). **Where to Play?** Play at your local free tennis courts, tennis parks, condo courts or tennis clubs. The league strongly suggests that players jointly try to pick a tennis court location convenient to both.
