Rumour has it that the rain may be going away, although I'm sure that will only be believed when it's seen. While we wait, this week we'll be running (or taking the bus!) to **Rody Bolands in Rathmines** for our Wednesday evening run and craic. Another rumour have been spreading that there might be some old returnees this week, but you'll have to come along to find out of this one is true - Way I read it is that this one is probably more likely than the sun coming out and the rain to disappear! For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week. Come join me in cleaning up litter at Dillon's Park in Dalkey. I will supply a cart, bags/buckets, litter grabbers, and occasionally a dog (for morale). Feel free to bring your own equipment if you have it. Here's the plan: 1. Meet at the park entrance 2. Collect litter around the park. 3. Circle back to the starting point when finished. Note that we will walk in wet grass/mud on occasion and will be handling litter, so best to wear appropriate clothes, footwear and gloves. Please check weather before attending to ensure you're dressed for it. Feel free to drop in or out at whatever time suits you. I'm typically out for an hour or two or until the area I'm focused on has been cleaned. Feel free to message me with any questions.

Join us for a swim on Saturday. High tide is 2pm so we will have plenty of water. Always guaranteed to leave you feeling better - especially with the return of the sun! We're not lifeguards so take care to know your limits in cold water, especially at this time of year. We'll go to a cafe then to warm up and have the chats.

Adult Bachata and Salsa dance classes with practice social at Coolock Ardlea Scout Den Coolock Village. This is a mirror studio located upstairs from the hall with nice wooden floors. This is a weekly Thursday event. Come down, learn and have fun! Men and Women are welcome. Free taster for first timers and discount for students, request via dm. ***Join us on a history-focused walking tour of Dun Laoghaire and Sandycove!*** Hello! My name is Marina Boyle and I'm a local tour guide excited to share Dublin with you. This is a tour for locals and those new to the area to learn about beautiful Dun Laoghaire and make friends at the same time! We'll start at Dun Laoghaire DART station and visit landmarks like the East Pier, Dun Laoghaire Baths, the People's Park, the Forty Foot, and the James Joyce Tower and Museum. All the way along I'll be explaining the local history, with time for guests to chat to one another too. Come and see what makes the coast of Dublin so captivating! This event will start at 12 noon sharp and last approximately 2 hours. This is a tip based tour, meaning that you make a contribution depending on what you feel the tour was worth at the end. There is no minimum amount and even €5 is hugely appreciated. The tour will include entry into the James Joyce Museum, including access to the roof for 360 degree views of Dublin.
