Join us at the long table near the children’s section for a relaxed, lively conversation sparked by books we’ve been reading. Let's talk about books! This isn’t a “we all read the same book” book club. Instead, members share insights from a book they’ve read, and we all walk away with new thoughts and inspirations. If numbers are small, we’ll stay as one group and take turns sharing: * the book you read * a brief summary * why it mattered to you * how it shifted your thinking or behaviour From there, the conversation unfolds naturally. Bring yourself, an open and curious mind, and the book if you’d like (it’s not required). You’re welcome to simply listen and join in when it feels right. A list of book titles and authors shared will be posted after the event, so you can stay present in the discussion rather than worrying about taking notes. The library is open from **1–4 pm**. We’ll begin at **1:30 pm**, allowing time to arrive, find the table, and grab a cuppa if you wish. There’s a free drink station in the foyer.

**Calling all queer crochet enthusiasts;** I am a visual artist located in Columbus that is searching for people who may want to gather while also participating in creating a piece of artwork. My goal is to spend time enjoying one another’s company while making a work of art that will be displayed within our community. I plan to teach people to crochet (if unfamiliar) while also inviting current fiber artists to join us for some much-needed social interaction. There are no expectations from those who attend, materials will be included, and any amount of participation is welcome!
