Outdoor calisthenics workouts are a fantastic way to build strength, improve fitness, and enjoy the great outdoors 😁🦾
Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses the resistance of your body and gravity to help strengthen your muscles and improve your coordination, endurance, and mobility. It’s a workout that relies on body weight with little or no equipment. In fact, almost all common bodyweight exercises are considered calisthenics exercises. Some examples include:

Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, calisthenics provides a holistic approach to fitness. 🏋️♂️💪

Join us for our very first **Weekend Hustle Club** session — a mix of focused work and relaxed social time.
### 🕘 **Plan for the day**
**9:30 AM — Meet-up**
We’ll meet at the entrance of the library, grab a coffee or a quick breakfast, and get to know each other.
**10:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Focus Session #1**
Time to get into it: deep work, studying, side projects… whatever you’ve been meaning to do.
**12:00 PM – 1:00 PM — Break / Lunch**
We can have a light lunch together at the library café, or you can bring your own food.
**1:00 PM – 3:00 PM — Focus Session #2**
Back to work for another productive session.
### 🌿 **The vibe**
This is meant to be structured… but flexible.
You’re free to leave earlier, or adapt the schedule to your needs.
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s simply to show up, stay accountable, and make progress.
Cycling and picnic at Remerschen: 32km, 40km or 72km
**What we will do together**
**1.** Cycle from Luxembourg gare **(front of Police station)** to Remerschen Youth Hostel (about 32km).
**2.** Have a meal at the Youth hostel.
Those who wish to do a shorter ride can take the **bus** from Remerschen back to Lux gare.
You can also **exit the ride** at Remich (about 40 km from the start point). There are frequent buses from Remich to Luxembourg city
**3.** Cycle from Remerschen to Wasserbilling gare (about 40km).
If we maintain an average speed of about 18km/hour and have a total stop time of 90 minutes (including 1 hour meal at the youth hostel), we can finish the ride in 5 hours and 30 minutes.
**Getting home from the finishing point (Wasserbillig gare)**
There are trains from Wasserbillig to Luxembourg Gare every 30 minutes. Also, there are buses going from Wasserbillig to other directions.
**What to bring**
1\. Your bike in tip top condition\.
2\. Energy snacks\.
3\. Lots of fluids to stay hydrated\.
4. **Packed food** for the meal at the Youth hostel. **ALTERNATIVELY,** you can **order food** at Remerschen Youth hostel, if we get there before 14:00h. They close the kitchen at 2pm.

If you decide to participate in this event, you are responsible for your own property and health. This distance (72km) requires ***high exercise tolerance/endurance/fitness.***

We are happy to extend our invitation to one and all to join the Luxembourg Shivyog Forum events every Sunday from 9.00 am to 11.15 am.
Shivyog Forum is a platform of positive and like-minded people, interested in spiritual growth, self-healing and self-awareness. Every week, through virtual videos, Avdhoot Baba Shivanand ji blesses and shares the Divine sacred secrets and knowledge through discourses, guided sacred meditations, chanting of Mantras and Bhajans for overall life transformation.

An ink painting workshop, an ancient art practiced on rice paper or silk, which combines elegance, tradition, and artistic expression through slow and meditative gestures.

Sunday Hike Märtchen - 12km - No Loop
Hi All,
Some of you might have seen in the city centre the Märtchen ([https://www.vdl.lu/en/visiting/leisure-and-recreation/luxembourg-city-markets/maertchen](https://www.vdl.lu/en/visiting/leisure-and-recreation/luxembourg-city-markets/maertchen)). Apparently it's linked to some religious event (Christian, not foody). But don't ask me. Anyway, I thought about finishing a hike there.
We start in Howald near the tram stop Scillas, go to the Alzette and walk along to the city centre. With some water breaks. So the trail will be mostly flat forest with some stairs for the conscious.
Start: Tram Stop Scillas / Tennis Howald
Destination: Märtchen on Knuedler
Lunchbreak: Märtchen on Kuedler
Public Transport: Tram to Scillas
Parking: I suggest to park in the city centre

Join me for a small, mindful photography walk in nature. (**NOTE Time is 9:00 AM EST(Meetup is having technical Issue))**
This is a slow, intentional gathering — not focused on fitness or perfect photography — but on simply pausing, observing, and being present.
We’ll walk at a gentle pace, with moments of quiet, and a few light prompts to help you notice details you might normally miss.

We are recruiting new group leaders for virtual men's groups! Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

Our Outdoor Movement & Community Empowerment Groups are simple, guided experiences designed to help people reconnect with nature, themselves, and others. We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment.

* An ability to manage groups with high emotional intelligence and desire for human connection.
* An ability to self-motivate and market/promote their group on Facebook and other social platforms.
* Nature informed therapy or clinical therapists/psychologists a plus.

Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, Columbus, Ohio
From birth, human beings are learning. Before we are able to hold concrete memories, we are being shaped and impacted by everything about our lives and situations. From the point that we become capable of cognizant thought and memory, our lives could be summed up as a series of our responses to our circumstances, whether for good or for ill.
Dr. Joe Dispenza sees a deep need for human beings to live *on purpose*. Rather than just living life in reaction mode, he challenges people to live intentionally, to seek to change the negative that we have encountered and to pursue the positive through purposeful steps in a different and healthy direction.
