Welcome to the Doha Fascial Manoeuvres Meetup Group's movement sessions that will make self-healing and wellness practical and accessible for you. This interactive session will introduce you to Fascial Manoeuvre practices, to help you enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being by releasing stored stress and old emotions from your body's fascia and promoting better mind-body connection. Whether you are new to the journey of self-healing or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers something for everyone looking to prioritize their health and vitality. Come connect with like-minded people in a supportive environment and take a step towards a healthier, happier you. Where: Apartment 102, Ghanem Residences, Doha Schedule: 4:30 PM: We meet and gather. Please arrive latest by 4:45 PM as the class will start by then, and you may not be able to join if you're late. 4:45-5 PM: A small introduction to Fascial manoeuvres and what fascia is 5-5:45 PM: 45 mins Fascial Manoeuvres class 5:45-6 PM: Questions/Follow up info Ages: 11 to 65 What to wear: Relaxed clothing you feel comfy to move and stretch in What to bring: Your wonderful presence and a water bottle. We’re still working to get more people into these Meetups, but our goal is to give PlayYourCourt members a few social tennis outings each week in addition to your practice sessions and Challenge League matches. These Meetups are co-ed, super laid back, and all skill levels are welcome. Post your skill level and a suggested court in the comments section so we can round up as many players as we can for some tennis fun! 5:45-7:45 in Conference Room B. Library lower level. Bring your yarn projects, meet new friends. If you plan to attend, please RSVP yes. If you can’t attend, please change your RSVP to no. This helps anyone who is waitlisted and it allows me to have an accurate count of attendees as our space is quite limited.
