Je mâappelle Kenza et je fais du théùtre depuis 14 ans. Jâai créé cet atelier parce que jâadore voir des gens dĂ©couvrir le plaisir de jouer, se surprendre eux-mĂȘmes, et surtout... passer un bon moment ensemble.
Nous aurons la chance de pratiquer dans une grande salle équipée de miroirs, un cadre idéal pour l'expression corporelle.
Ici, pas besoin dâexpĂ©rience : câest un atelier dĂ©butantâamateur, pensĂ© pour tâaccompagner en douceur. On explore lâimpro, les Ă©motions, la prĂ©sence, la crĂ©ativitĂ©... toujours Ă travers des exercices ludiques qui donnent confiance.
Le projet ?
L'objectif est ensuite de constituer un groupe stable pour un cycle de 2 mois, afin d'évoluer, rire et tisser des liens forts ensemble. Mais il reste encore de la place pour les nouveaux, avant avant la représentation en petit comité du 15 mars.

Through a series of progressive exercises, youâll learn the basics of improv: active listening, saying âyes, and,â trusting your impulses and ideas, and supporting your partners. Step by step, youâll use these tools to create short scenes â no acting experience required.
We started our improv troop over 1 year ago and play in Paris regularly. Our troop is made up of expats from all around the world and this is why we are Foreign Exchanged ;)

Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to âpin the blameâ on someone or something. If you donât find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, donât know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Maybe youâve suffered a betrayal, or are dealing with hostility or criticalness or invalidation. Dwindling relationships can involve destructive behavior, where we hurt those we love, or start succumbing to self-destructive thoughts, attitudes or behaviors that spiral out of control and affect much more than our immediate relationship.
Past losses in love or life can affect how we act or react to new people and situations and hold us back from even starting to create new, possibly great relationships! How can one get back onto a saner course of action?

**The idea for this group is to build a community where men can gather together and build connections & learn and grow from each other.**
How we start each meeting is by each of us checking in with our "roses and thorns" aka what are the good things and the bad things going on in your life recently?
Then we will go into a topic discussion.

1. Confidentiality - EVERYTHING that is shared NEVER leaves this space so that this space remains safe and sacred. There is a zero tolerance policy for this. If a man is in violation of this, they will be permanently removed from the group.
2. Non-Judgement - we respect and honor every manâs truth so that we may receive the same from others. While we may not agree on everything, we commit to respecting every manâs perspectives and engaging in honorable discussion with one another.
3. Be committed - honor your commitment to this group and to yourself. If you attend a meeting, please commit yourself fully to the meeting. Also be committed to your own journey. When we fail, we own it & clean it up.
