Healing the Feminine - Biodanza for Women
Healing the Feminine - Biodanza for Women
Dive into a soulful Biodanza session designed to reconnect and celebrate your inner feminine energy. Your body holds more wisdom than you've been taught to trust. Somewhere beneath the busyness, the caregiving, the noise, there is a woman who knows how to move, how to feel, how to belong to herself. This workshop is an invitation back to her. **Does any of this feel familiar?** * You go through the days feeling disconnected from your own body, like you're watching your life rather than living it. * You've lost touch with what it feels like to move freely, playfully, without self-consciousness or a goal to achieve. * You carry other people's needs with ease, but struggle to feel your own or to ask for what you need. * You long for connection with other women that goes beyond the surface. Through Biodanza, guided reflection, and circle sharing, you'll be invited to return to the aliveness that lives in your body. You will experience the nourishment of genuine feminine connection. Biodanza is at the heart of this day. Through music, movement, and women's connection, it bypasses the thinking mind and reaches something deeper, dissolving defences, softening the armour we accumulate, and awakening the parts of us we've learned to keep small. You don't need to know how to dance. You just need to be willing to feel and express through movements. **What you'll take with you** * An embodied connection to your feminine self, felt, not just understood * More ease and freedom in how you inhabit and move in your body * Insight into the emotional patterns that keep you stuck, and gentle pathways through them * A quieter, more grounded sense of your own worth * Genuine connection with other women * Simple practices to continue your healing journey in everyday life Whether you feel disconnected from your body, weary of carrying too much, or simply curious about what it might feel like to come home to yourself, you are welcome here. All women welcome. Come as you are. No experience is needed. Just come as you are, with your full self, your quiet longings, and your tired edges. You’ll be met with care. **What to Bring:** * Comfortable, soft clothing you can move and dance in * Warm layers and socks (we'll be moving barefoot) * A journal and pen for personal reflections * A water bottle * An open heart, no movement or dance experience needed **Workshop Facilitators:** **Hulya Erbeyli** Hulya is an experienced Trainer, Coach, and Consultant with over 25 years of expertise in Holistic Women’s Leadership, Self-Leadership, and Personal Development. Passionate about inner child, teenage, and tantra work, Hulya supports individuals and groups to connect with their soul’s truth and inner power, helping them design the life and business they desire. For any questions about the workshop, feel free to reach out via her website: [www.hulyaerbeyli.com](http://www.hulyaerbeyli.com/ "http://www.hulyaerbeyli.com/"). **Peggy Cheyo** Peggy is a compassionate coach and facilitator. With a background in Neurodivergence and Life coaching, Perinatal education, Yoga, and Biodanza, Peggy has a deep understanding of women's needs. She help women find a way back to themselves and create a life that helps them shine. Through her Biodanza practice, she has witnessed the transformative power of movement, music, and connection. For any questions about the workshop, feel free to reach out via her website: [www.peggycheyo.com](https://peggycheyo.com/ "https://peggycheyo.com") ***Testimonials of Women who Experienced Healing the Feminine:*** *"I walked in feeling like a stranger, full of doubts, wondering if I even belonged here. But something unexpected happened... my heart cracked open.* *I felt truly seen, held, and surrounded by women who felt like lifelong sisters. It wasn’t about fixing myself, it was about remembering who I am beneath all the roles and expectations".* \- Margareth *“It was a rainy morning and I remember standing at the door, hesitating. A part of me wanted to turn back, I felt nervous, unsure, wondering if this was really for me. But once we began to share and laugh, something softened in me. I realised I wasn’t alone.* *By the end, I didn’t just feel part of a group, I felt part of a sisterhood. I truly belonged.”* — Ali *“I didn’t realise how much I needed this. I’m used to being the strong one ... always holding it together. But in this space, I could finally breathe. I felt safe, seen, and gently reconnected with parts of myself I’d pushed aside.* *I left feeling lighter, softer, and more like me again.”* — Claire "Wow what a beatiful day. Words are not enough to describe these beautiful spaces. I feel more connected to myself than ever". – Eda

Litter Pick - Catford/Ladywell - Waterlink Way (SE London)
Litter Pick - Catford/Ladywell - Waterlink Way (SE London)
Join the Eco Around Community for a litter-pick walk from Catford to Ladywell along the Waterlink Way, facilitated by Biljana. Waterlink Way connects several parks and green spaces in Lewisham borough, following the Pool and Raversbourne rivers. It stretches 8 miles from South Northwood Country Park to the Cutty Sark ship in Greenwich. Considered one of South London’s hidden gems, it not only provides an enjoyable route to walkers and cyclists, but it also improves habitats for aquatic wildlife. While maintained by Lewisham Council, contributing to the Waterlink Way’s extra clear-up would be much appreciated. **When:** Saturday, 27 June, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm **Where:** We’ll start from Halfords in Catford and make our way under the Catford Bridge, entering the Ladywell Fields. Following the Ravensbourne River, along the Waterlink Way, we’ll finish the walk exiting on the Ladywell Rd. Use the What3Words navigation below to see the exact meeting points. Start: what3words: [///dash.liver.flip](https://w3w.co/dash.liver.flip) Finish: what3words: ///[legal.brass.tigers](https://w3w.co/legal.brass.tigers) We are planning to have some optional drinks/food afterwards. **How to dress and what to bring:** Appropriate footwear, no open-toed shoes and we recommend some waterproofs (just in case). We have some gloves, bin bags and litter pickers but feel free to bring your own and a refillable water bottle in case you get thirsty. Hand Sanitiser is also useful. **Updates:** Unless there is a heavy rain forecast, we will stick to our plans. Please check the event for updates. **Photo Consent:** We plan to take general pictures and a group picture to document the activity and help us promote future online events. If you wish not to be in the pictures, let us know.

If you were in CA for Figma Config, tell us all the lines and you can tell me how I can animate an SVG without coding it by hand, and why I’d even want to. Thanks to the team at Nationwide of supporting the group.
