Cet événement survient dix jours après l’Ascension du Christ, après que Jésus annonce à ses disciples : « Vous recevrez une force, celle du Saint-Esprit qui viendra sur vous. » Au-delà des traditions et des croyances, la descente de l’Esprit peut aussi être ressentie comme le réveil de la conscience de la relation : la relation entre le manifesté et le non-manifesté, entre la création et le créateur, entre notre être et la source de notre être. C'est le thème de notre plongée ensemble. Seulement une ouverture intérieure. Un désir d’écoute. Une disponibilité à rencontrer ce lieu silencieux en nous où quelque chose de plus vaste peut être ressenti. Nous explorerons ensemble cette relation d’amour entre : la création, polarité réceptive et féminine du divin, et le principe créateur, émissif et donateur. Deux visages d’un même amour, qui cherchent à se retrouver dans le silence du cœur. Le cacao et le Lotus bleu accompagneront cette traversée intérieure, comme des soutiens à l’ouverture, à la présence et à l’écoute subtile. Un espace pour ralentir. Respirer. Recevoir. Et peut-être se laisser révéler un peu plus à soi-même. Aucune croyance particulière, aucune connaissance des textes chrétiens n’est nécessaire pour rejoindre cet espace. Les cérémonies consistent en un espace rituel, guidé par des mots et des sons inspirés : un voyage intérieur de présence à ce qui nous habite, et d’ouverture à être traversés par l'Amour plus Grand que nous. Ce sont des espaces de connaissance directe — la vôtre — d’où peut émerger une vérité qui vous appartient, que j’espère vivante, et donc fertile, en perpétuel devenir. **MAMA CACAO :** Les plantes enseignantes sont des alliées précieuses pour la reconnexion et la mise en lumière de nos parties enfouies, pour la réalisation de l'essence profonde, vaste, créatrice et aimante de l'être que nous sommes, pour l'expansion de l'horizon des possibles, l'émergence de notre note unique, de la vision du cœur. Originaire des forêts tropicales amazoniennes, le cacao était vénéré comme une divinité dans la cosmologie des Olmèques, des Mayas, des Toltèques, des Aztèques et des Incas. Chez les Mayas, le cacao était associé à l'une des divinités majeures de leur cosmologie et utilisé à des fins rituelles et sacrées. Le cacao nous soutient dans la reconnexion à notre propre féminin, à notre capacité à nous accueillir nous-mêmes, de manière plus inconditionnelle, profonde et sincère ; et ainsi, à pouvoir étendre cette permission et cet accueil aux autres, aux expériences. Quels sont les bénéfices potentiels du Cacao Sacré ? L'expérience d'une capacité d'amour plus vaste et inclusive en agissant de manière subtile sur l'ouverture du chakra du cœur. Favoriser l'ouverture et la réceptivité Élargir notre perception de ce qui est et de ce qui peut être. Aider à développer la présence. Nous soutenir dans la reconnexion à l'essence vaste de notre être et de sa sagesse. Accompagner la mise en lumière du lien entre l'extérieur et l'intérieur. Accéder à un espace de possibilités plus vastes. Reconnecter avec nos ressentis, nos émotions, nos désirs, et apprendre à identifier leur guidance. LE CACAO CEREMONIEL ET CHOCOLAT : Il y a une grande différence entre le chocolat commercial, souvent issu de variétés hybrides, cultivé et produit selon des pratiques éthiques parfois douteuses, et le cacao cérémoniel. Le chocolat commercial, y compris le bio cru, est hautement transformé, ce qui le prive de nombreux nutriments précieux pour le corps, l'esprit, le cœur et l'âme. Notamment, la PEA (phényléthylamine), connue comme la 'molécule de l'amour' – une amphétamine naturellement produite par notre corps lorsque nous sommes amoureux – est présente dans le cacao cérémoniel, mais est éliminée par les hautes températures du processus de torréfaction du cacao commercial. **LOTUS BLEU :** Le Lotus bleu, plante sacrée de l’Égypte ancienne associée notamment à Isis et aux mystères de la conscience, était utilisé dans des contextes rituels et méditatifs pour accompagner l’ouverture intérieure, l’intuition et les états de présence subtils. Come out and debate whether AI is good or bad. My hot take: a labor-saving tool that could potentially help cure cancer gets called dangerous because it might raise unemployment or cause a speculative investment bubble, that tells you a lot more about capitalism and the economic system we live under than it does about the tool itself. As a computer programmer, I think AI is a wonderful tool that has increased my productivity by at least an order of magnitude. I'd go so far as to say Claude Code is the best tool I have ever used. Debate me and name a better one. Is AI potentially dangerous? Yes, but so are a lot of tools. Chainsaws. Steam engines (early ones would occasionally explode and kill everyone in the room). Do you think cavemen sat around debating whether fire could be used as a weapon or for self-harm, and decided not to discover it? I have two friends who hate AI for opposite reasons: one thinks it's a fad and not useful, and the other thinks it's going to take over everything and cause human extinction. Each session opens with a Soulbits oracle image setting the tone for the gathering we will move through. We will come together to honor the natural rhythms of rooting, rising, releasing, and receiving; the cycles that shape the soul’s journey. Through the four pillars of being: mindset, movement, connection & nourishment, we will create a space where imagery, sensation, and community weave together. Where the body becomes the guide, images act as mirrors, and the soul speaks. This circle is about noticing what rises, honoring what’s true, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself ready to be seen. This is a space to gather your scattered pieces, soften your body, and return to your truth with community by your side.
