This will be on flat surface with no mats, good sports trainers are essential! * Also bring following equipment; Handwraps, Gloves, Gumshields, Groinbox etc (you should always have these equipment with you). Shinguards are not required for this class There is Sparring in this class. Although light & controlled sparring there are always risk of injury like with every contact sport.
