The WordPress Helsinki meetup group aims to bring people together of all skill levels, from beginners to WordPress professionals. This is a relaxed, friendly gardening club where we grow things together and take care of a shared space. We’ll start indoors, planning the garden as a group and sowing seeds, then move outdoors as soon as the ground is warm enough. This is a closed group of 15 volunteers who commit to meeting once a week to garden together, decide what to harvest, and what needs cleaning up or changing. Gardening is a lovely way of being together without pressure. We can chat if we feel like it, or be quiet if that’s what the day calls for. It’s good for mental wellbeing, a chance to be side by side, connected through taking care of living things and watching them grow.
