Our wellness togetherness remains a priority: this year-end outing combines forest yoga, a relaxed picnic, and a gentle hike to the Peak, followed by festive photoshoots. We’ll approach the day with mindfulness for ourselves and our community. To help the photos shine, please consider the following dress suggestions: * Red Santa hat * Black leggings or sports pants * Red top (red sports bra, tank top, or T-shirt—comfortable for yoga and not too thick) If you’re planning to carry a bag, a backpack is preferred for the hike rather than a tote. Itinerary of the day: * Meet at Sai Ying Pun Station Exit C (street level) at 10:00 a.m. sharp * Short, mindful hike to Pinewood Battery for yoga and a picnic * Forest yoga for about 1 hour (target start around 11:00 a.m.) * Environment-friendly picnic * Optional hike up to the Peak and continue to High West for the view, then a scenic Lugard Road stroll * Return to Central; if energy and mood allow, optional coffee or a social gathering afterward The event is free to join.
