Anatomy of a Perfect AI workflow: A Simple Playbook for Marketing Teams
Anatomy of a Perfect AI workflow: A Simple Playbook for Marketing Teams
Everyone keeps saying AI makes innovation easy. Just automate. Just experiment. Just move faster. But if you’re part of a small team, a nonprofit, a growing company, or even a larger marketing department trying to prove value, you know it’s not that simple. You may be: * Unsure how to use AI beyond writing social posts or cold emails * Overwhelmed by the endless list of AI tools * Confused about what terms like “Generative AI” and “LLMs” actually mean * Tired of surface-level AI features inside platforms that don’t really change your workflow * Feeling pressure to “do something with AI” but not sure what that something should be This session is designed for you. Geoff Livingston will walk us through what a strong, practical AI marketing workflow actually looks like, in plain language. You’ll see how real marketing teams, with limited budgets and competing priorities, can build a repeatable system to learn, improve, and grow using AI tools that already exist. You’ll walk away with: * A simple, affordable AI tool stack * Practical ways to use AI beyond content creation * A better understanding of how to use AI in practical workflows If you’re curious about AI but frustrated by the noise, this event will help you cut through it and build something that works.

Personally, I think this is the best kept secret in Leesburg. During the week, the owner rents out her cafe for private events, but on the weekends, it’s a cozy botanical cafe where you can get a beautiful plant to bring home after a good convo over a latte. In warmer weather, there’s a hidden patio in the back, where you can enjoy some tree-shaded privacy. Limited pastries and seating, but plenty of parking in the town garage across the street. Please join me, and add this to your itinerary next time you’re in Leesburg.

Cool cafe just south of the historic district in Leesburg. Their food menu offers options that stray from the norm. Friendly staff and good music compliment the vibe here, where you can get the standard espresso drinks and enjoy some (much needed?) downtime. There's dedicated parking, and we shouldn't have trouble finding seating. Come out and, if you like, take a walk through downtown Leesburg afterwards.
