We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive intensity, and the last session is lighter. Program: 15’ warm up **To be defined** Cool down to get back to the starting point… or more S=All out sprint RF = Run fast, at MAS (Maximum aerobic speed) CF = Run comfortably fast (1h threshold) J = Jog, recuperation Notes: It should take about one hour in total, as the cool down will end when we reach back to the meeting point. It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the program, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle. For the "run" part, you can follow your own pace and we'll be regrouping in the "jog" part. Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. Please join us :) For our second event, we’re going to make the most out of this beautiful weather (again) and gather in the heart of the Forêt de Soignes. We’ll meet at the Quatre Bras (Vier Armen) tram stop and walk together towards a bench in the forest (about a 45-minute walk). The walk is part of the experience, a chance to slow down, breathe, and let the forest help us unwind before we begin. Once we arrive, we’ll start the meeting. I’ll share a selection of photos with the group (and you’re very welcome to bring one of your own). The photos are simply there to gently spark memories and stories that may be waiting to be expressed. From there, we’ll move into a session of speaking and active listening, with no interruptions. I’ll explain the structure more clearly once we’re together. For now, here are the main things to keep in mind: ● Please listen to others without interrupting. Let’s create a space that feels kind and respectful. ● Come with an open heart and a willingness to share something you’ve experienced, even if you’re not quite sure what that is yet (that’s what the photos are for). Your story doesn’t have to be deep, this isn’t a storytelling performance. What matters most is that you’re genuine. Sample images on the internet are however dominated by BDSM style shots that are often sexualized and emphasize the model being in distress. In this demonstration Rachel and I show ways to use bondage elements in an artistic way. We explore the types of accessories that work best in artistic images and the best way to photograph them. Our model is Rachel Adams, an internationally known fetish model with many years of experience in this genre.

The topic for June is "Roadtrip" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience. Speak Easy is also a great outlet for performers, writers, and artists looking to share their favorite stories and perfect their skills.
