Welcome to the Doha Fascial Manoeuvres Meetup Group's movement sessions that will make self-healing and wellness practical and accessible for you. This interactive session will introduce you to Fascial Manoeuvre practices, to help you enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being by releasing stored stress and old emotions from your body's fascia and promoting better mind-body connection. Whether you are new to the journey of self-healing or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers something for everyone looking to prioritize their health and vitality. Come connect with like-minded people in a supportive environment and take a step towards a healthier, happier you. Where: Apartment 102, Ghanem Residences, Doha Schedule: 4:30 PM: We meet and gather. Ray Ray's also has coffee, and the brewery has free water (and Jeni's ice cream). You can come late or leave early. This is CSC’s largest activity with over 200 participants. Each team typically consists of 6 men and 6 women players.
