It encompasses a lot of literature surrounding *Writing, Artistic Passion, and the cost of an artistic life.* Many questions can be addressed, amongst them: \- What is it to write\, to create? \- Whether to make the choice to follow our passion and our calling\. \- What would be the cost of such a choice? \- How do artists navigate through life? \- What does it mean to write? This is a themed book club with no required reading! This topic is a wide topic and can include many books that relate to the theme, or explore ambition, creativity, purpose, or the tension between desire and duty, etc. Bring your favorite book(s) that feel close to the topic and discuss your reflections, favorite quotes, and engage in cozy conversations. Join us for an untutored life drawing session with a female model. The session starts with brief warm-up poses of two minutes, followed by a series of 5-25 minute poses. Our models are professional fine art models affiliated with the Beaux-Arts de Paris, Académie de la Grande Chaumière and other Parisian life drawing ateliers. Please bring your preferred art materials. After the session, we come together for a relaxed drink and chat. Bonjour, Bienvenue pour ce deuxième atelier d'écriture ! Pendant 2h, je vous proposerai trois consignes d’écriture : un premier exercice d’échauffement pour délier nos plumes, une contrainte ludique pour faire surgir le sens là où on ne l’attend pas toujours et un temps d’écriture plus long pour que vous plongiez dans vos imaginaires. Chaque temps d’écriture sera suivi d’un temps de lecture (pas obligatoire mais encouragé !). Si vous le souhaitez, vous pourrez amener un texte court que vous avez déjà écrit. Je proposerai à la fin de notre atelier un temps où chacun pourra lire un de ses textes, un peu comme une scène ouverte. Les occasions de lire ou de faire lire ses écrits ne sont pas toujours légion, mais la fin de notre atelier en sera une :) Nous nous retrouverons dans la salle d’une petite école de musique, au 28 rue Eugène Sue, 75018.
