Every week since 2022, we have featured nude model poses, both in short and long poses. At the beginning, we have short poses (2, 3, 5, 15 minutes), then two 30-minute sessions. Between blocks, we have 5-10-minute breaks to refresh and socialize with tea and cookies. Normally, we have an interesting international group of artists, consisting of around 8-10 people, who come regularly and do not typically write about their attendance on Meetup.

Welcome to the Competitive Play Session.
This session takes place every Saturday from 10:45 to 12:15 at the Yonex Badminton Hall HardbrĂŒcke.
The number of players on the waitlist one week in advance determines the number of courts booked. If you are on the waitlist but can no longer attend, please remove yourself as early as possible.
Players are accepted into the session based on skill suitability.
This session is for experienced players looking for quality games.
Play is focused on doubles with a competitive mindset and consistent rallies.
You should be comfortable smashing, return smashes and keeping up a moderate tempo throughout the session.
New players and those who are new to badminton are welcome to join the PM Session (Open Level Play).
Payment can be made via TWINT after the session.

Learn somatic exercises according to the body psychotherapy method by Alexander Lowen!
In a small group, we'll try the somatic exercises, focusing on deepening the breathing and joyful self-expression. While most of the exercises aim to raise your energy levels, sometimes we need to rest to regain motivation, so we will end with some restorative exercises.
As children, most of us were full of energy and enthusiasm. As we become adults, the list of neverending obligations and constant overwhelm leave us feeling depleted and emotionally dull.
We prefer to lie on the sofa and watch another show rather than plan an exciting hike or even go out with friends. We donât only feel low on energy â itâs visible to everyone around you.
You hardly ever laugh, you close your body from the world, youâre prone to bad moods, and not too keen to have sex.
Time to recharge your energy and learn how to stay motivated and in good spirits!
One of the main goals of bioenergetic exercises is to regulate emotions and improve well-being. You will finish the workshop by choosing several practices to continue using in daily life for more lasting effects.

Anka Grzywacz, Somatic (Bioenergetic) Therapist in Training
I discovered Bioenergetic Analysis when interviewing a body-oriented therapist for my radio show about sexuality (Iâm a **trained sexologist**). Once I learned more about the approach, I got hooked. I got so hooked that at the age of 40 I decided to go back to school and get trained for **4.5 years** to become a **body-oriented psychotherapist**. I am now in my fourth year of training, having obtained certification as a Bioenergetic Counselor. To ensure the quality of my work I have **regular supervision** with an experienced therapist.
On top of that I bring additional, extensive (1.5 years) education and training in **group workshop facilitation** and **life coaching** (1 year postgraduate university course).
**Who this workshop is for?**
* Participants of all genders welcome.
* You can treat this workshop as a self-development tool or as an addition to talk psychotherapy.
* You are ready to express your emotions in a small group of people in a safe, confidential setting (all exercises are voluntary).
* You can tolerate shouting, stomping, and expressive movements.
* If you have a mental health condition, check with your health provider first. You need to feel stable enough to confront more intense emotions.
**Contraindications:**
* Pregnancy
* Epilepsy
* History of psychotic states or taking antipsychotic medication
* Strong anger management issues or aggressive outbursts (more suitable for individual therapy).
* If you have a serious health condition, consult your doctor first (for example, very high blood pressure or other conditions that intense emotions can trigger).
**I have been diagnosed with depression. Is this right for me?**
It depends. Generally, somatic (bioenergetic) exercises are very useful in the treatment of depression and we use them with our clients in body psychotherapy sessions. People who attend talking therapy may also participate in workshops and engage in somatic exercises to complement the verbal work.
This is, however, a short, group workshop. It means the exercises can trigger something deeper in you, or even make you feel worse in the short term.
If you are currently undergoing treatment for depression, itâs best to consult with your doctor and/or therapist before signing up for the workshop. You need to feel stabilised â with medication and/or therapy â to participate in a group session during which emotional expression is encouraged.
**Practical:**
* Location: Cozy studio near Triemli station.
* The room has accessibility restrictions, as you need to take a few steps down to enter.
* There are no reimbursements. If you get sick and present a doctor's attestation, I can offer a rebooking for a similar workshop within the next 3 months.

Wir freuen uns ĂŒber jeden, der kommen kann und Freude am gemeinsamen Besprechen hat.
**Handlung:**
1954, 9 Jahre nach dem Ende des 2. Weltkrieges, gewinnt Deutschland ĂŒberraschend die Fussball-Weltmeisterschaft in der Schweiz. Ein Krieg kann nur gefĂŒhrt werden, wenn der Wunsch nach Zugehörigkeit und Bedeutung auf etwas Höheres ausgerichtet wird - wie eine NationalitĂ€t, eine «bessere» Kultur oder die Rettung einer abstrakten Weltsicht. Der Mensch wird missbraucht und funktionalisiert: Er unterwirft sein Leben und sein gesamtes FĂŒhlen, Denken und Verhalten einer scheinbar guten Sache und gibt sich dabei selbst und die Mitmenschlichkeit ganz auf.
Dies ist nur möglich durch eine Erziehung, in der der einzelne Mensch sich unbedeutend, ausgeliefert und weitgehend unverbunden empfinden lernt. Der einzelne Mensch hat dann nicht erlebt und glaubt nicht daran, dass er sein Leben selbst beglĂŒckend aufbauen kann - zusammen mit anderen. Er fĂŒhlt sich nur bedeutungsvoll und entwickelt HochgefĂŒhle, wenn er zu einer höheren Aufgabe auserkoren wird. In dieser Verwirrtheit der GefĂŒhle lĂ€sst er sich sogar auf die Schlachtbank fĂŒhren und opfert voraussehbar seine Familie, Ehepartner, Kinder, Freunde, Beruf, Gesundheit oder das Leben und sein Hab und Gut. Wenn das angestrebte Höhere durch einen Krieg verloren geht, fĂŒhlt er sich gedemĂŒtigt und erniedrigt - statt vom Elend befreit.
Statt der Friede an sich und das gemeinsame Leben, fĂŒhrte fĂŒr viele Deutsche erst der Sieg in der Fussball-Weltmeisterschaft wieder zu einem GefĂŒhl, jemand zu sein.
Der Film «Das Wunder von Bern» zeigt aus deutscher Sicht die Weltmeisterschaft. Gleichzeitig erlaubt es das Drehbuch, nachzuvollziehen, was der Krieg und die 11-jĂ€hrige Gefangenschaft eines Vaters fĂŒr eine Familie, die Familie Lubanski, bedeutet. Die Mutter hatte sich alleine mit ihren 3 Kindern in den verelendeten Nachkriegsjahren durchgekĂ€mpft - jahrelang in der Hoffnung, dass sie sich bei ihrem Mann anlehnen und das Leben gemeinsam gestalten könnte. Als der Vater heimkommt, ist er ausgezehrt und psychisch zutiefst beeintrĂ€chtigt, voller Ăngste aus dem Kriegsgeschehen. Er glaubt, alleine fĂŒr die Familie zustĂ€ndig werden zu mĂŒssen und alleine wieder das Geld zu verdienen, um seine Frau zu entlasten. Er versucht zudem mit Gewalt in der Familie wichtig zu werden, indem er mit Disziplin eine höhere Ordnung herstellt, in der Zuneigung und Milde nicht vorkommen.
ZufĂ€llig versteht seine Frau, dass seine Erziehung und all seine unmenschlichen Erlebnisse in Krieg und Gefangenschaft ihn von den Menschen fern halten. Sie verurteilt ihn nicht dafĂŒr. Sie erklĂ€rt sogar ihren Kindern, dass ihr Vater ein Opfer dieser Kriegstreiberei und Disziplinierung ist und er sich wieder der Menschlichkeit annĂ€hern muss. So taucht in seiner Phantasie im ganzen Alltagsleben immer wieder das angsterregende Kriegsgeschehen auf und erschĂŒttert ihn.
Seine Frau versteht seine seelischen VerstĂŒmmelungen und bringt ihrem Mann einfĂŒhlsam eine neue Sicht auf das Leben nahe. Sie vertraut darauf, dass er sich verĂ€ndern kann und ermöglicht ihm damit, dass er ihnen nicht fremd bleibt und in ein gefĂŒhlsverbundenes Leben eintauchen kann. Er kann innerlich mit der Zeit freudvollere Tage aufleben lassen und seine seelischen Wunden mit ihr ausheilen. Im Film ist gut nachvollziehbar, wie er nach und nach liebevoll, verstĂ€ndnisvoll und mitfĂŒhlend werden kann. Dies wird besonders deutlich daran, wie er sich seinem JĂŒngsten annĂ€hert, mit dem er die Fussballleidenschaft teilt. Symbolisch kann er seine TrĂ€nenlosigkeit ĂŒberwinden, was seine AnnĂ€herung an die Mitmenschlichkeit aufzeigt.
Dieselbe Botschaft vermittelt eine Schweizer Putzfrau dem Trainer der deutschen Fussballmannschaft, Sepp Hersperger, der selbst seinen Lieblings-Fussballspieler «gerechterweise» sanktionieren und von der Mannschaft ausschliessen will, weil dieser gegen die auferlegten Regeln verstossen hat. Sie plĂ€diert entschieden fĂŒr ein anderes Menschenbild: Milde statt Strafe - als Beispiel fĂŒr einen gefĂŒhlsverbundenen Umgang, der auch die Disziplinierung verhindert, durch die Krieg erst möglich wird.
Ein weiteres Beispiel fĂŒr einen immer verstĂ€ndnisvolleren Umgang unter Menschen, zeigt sich anhand eines Sport-Reporters der von der Chef-Redaktor auserkoren wird, von der Weltmeisterschaft berichten zu dĂŒrfen, just zur Zeit seiner Hochzeitsreise mit seiner Frau. In berĂŒhrender Weise löst das Ehepaar diese konflikttrĂ€chtige Situation auf, indem er sie um VerstĂ€ndnis bittet fĂŒr seine Karrieremöglichkeiten. Sie als eingefleischte Anti-Fussballerin aus grossbĂŒrgerlichem Haus begleitet ihn sogar zum Proletarier-Sport nach Bern und zeigt ihm damit ihre Liebe. Genauso begeistert er sich fĂŒr sie, so dass er darauf verzichtet, privilegiert mit dem Zug der Weltmeister mitzureisen, um stattdessen ihre Schwangerschaft zu feiern.
Die Drehbuchschreiber Sönke Wortmann und Rochus Hahn zeigen einfĂŒhlsam und detailliert viele psychologisch entscheidende VorgĂ€nge auf, die zu einem friedlichen und verstĂ€ndnisvollen Zusammenleben fĂŒhren.

In einer kleinen Gruppe probieren wir somatische Ăbungen aus, wobei wir uns auf die Vertiefung der Atmung und den freudvollen Selbstausdruck konzentrieren.
WĂ€hrend die meisten Ăbungen darauf abzielen, Ihr Energieniveau zu steigern, mĂŒssen wir uns manchmal ausruhen, um neue Motivation zu tanken. Deshalb beenden wir mit einigen regenerierenden Ăbungen.
Als Kinder waren die meisten von uns voller Energie und Enthusiasmus. Wenn wir erwachsen werden, fĂŒhlen wir uns aufgrund der endlosen Liste von Verpflichtungen und der stĂ€ndigen Ăberforderung erschöpft und emotional abgestumpft.
Wir liegen lieber auf dem Sofa und schauen uns eine weitere Serie an, statt eine spannende Wanderung zu planen oder sogar mit Freunden auszugehen.
Wir fĂŒhlen uns nicht nur energielos â das ist auch fĂŒr alle um uns herum sichtbar. Sie lachen kaum noch, verschlieĂen sich vor der Welt und sind anfĂ€llig fĂŒr schlechte Laune â und haben keine Lust auf Sex.
Es ist Zeit, neue Energie zu tanken und zu lernen, wie Sie motiviert und gut gelaunt bleiben können!
Eines der Hauptziele bioenergetischer Ăbungen ist es, Emotionen zu regulieren und das Wohlbefinden zu verbessern. Am Ende des Workshops wĂ€hlen Sie mehrere Ăbungen aus, die Sie im Alltag weiter anwenden können, um eine nachhaltigere Wirkung zu erzielen.

Ich habe die Körperpsychotherapie-Methode, die Bioenergetische Analyse von Alexander Lowen entdeckt, als ich fĂŒr meine Radiosendung ĂŒber SexualitĂ€t eine Körpertherapeutin interviewte.
Als ich mehr ĂŒber diesen Ansatz erfuhr, war ich sofort begeistert. Ich war so begeistert, dass ich mich mit 40 Jahren entschloss, wieder zur Schule zu gehen und eine 4,5-jĂ€hrige Ausbildung zur Körperpsychotherapeutin zu absolvieren. Ich bin jetzt im vierten Jahr meiner Weiterbildung und habe die Zertifizierung als Bioenergetischer Beraterin SGfBA erhalten. Um die QualitĂ€t meiner Arbeit sicherzustellen, werde ich regelmĂ€Ăig von einer erfahrenen Therapeutin supervidiert.
DarĂŒber hinaus habe ich eine zusĂ€tzliche, umfangreiche Ausbildung und Schulung (1,5 Jahre) in Gruppenworkshop-Leitung und Life-Coaching sowie einen 1-jĂ€hrigen postgradualen UniversitĂ€tskurs absolviert.
**Hinweis:**
Wenn Sie in der Vergangenheit psychotische Episoden hatten oder Schwierigkeiten haben, mit Wut umzugehen, ist der Workshop möglicherweise nicht das Richtige fĂŒr Sie. Eine individuelle Therapie ist besser.
Wenn Sie antipsychotische Medikamente einnehmen, ist der Workshop ebenfalls nicht das Richtige fĂŒr Sie.
Wenn Sie an Epilepsie leiden, ist der Workshop ebenfalls nicht das Richtige fĂŒr Sie.
Wenn Sie schwanger sind, sollten Sie einige Monate warten, bis das Baby auf der Welt ist.
Wenn Sie sehr gerĂ€uschempfindlich sind, beachten Sie bitte, dass die TeilnehmerInnen wĂ€hrend dieser Workshops manchmal schreien, um ihre Emotionen auszudrĂŒcken.
Depressionen oder viele andere psychische Probleme sind keine Kontraindikationen, aber fĂŒr den Workshop sollten Sie sich stabil fĂŒhlen (mit Medikamenten und/oder Therapie).
Diese Ăbungen können eine gute ErgĂ€nzung zur reinen GesprĂ€chstherapie sein, aber am besten sprechen Sie zuerst mit Ihrem Therapeuten oder Psychiater.

**Where**:
See location. Typically within Zurich Zone 10. Look for English speakers wearing running gear.
**When:**
We'll meet at 6:50 pm to start at 7:00 pm.
There's a charge of CHF 5 for participating, which covers all you can drink beer/cider (and non-alcoholic alternatives) plus snacks afterwards.
**All Welcome:**
If you are new, curious, and want to get out of the house, stretch your legs, talk shit, enjoy a drink, and hopefully a laugh, then here's what you need to know:
âą We are a social running/walking group, physical fitness is not required, but a sense of humour is useful.
âą The aim is to find the '*Beer Stop*' at the end of the '*trail*' and have fun.
âą 'True Trail' is typically 4-7 km. Some will go less (especially those walking or walk/running), and some over-achieving fast runners will go further.
âą The '*Hare*', which changes each event (along with location), cleverly lays the trail (typically with flour marks) so that everyone reaches the end at the same time.
âą There is always a place to deposit your bag and sometimes a place to change.
âą **After Trail**, we group for \~20-40 minutes for drinks, snacks, and some fun. This '*Circle*' is typically outside, so leave something warm in your bag in winter (and bring a flashlight when it's dark). If you don't want to stand around drinking afterwards, you can head home. We occasionally all go to a restaurant afterwards.
**Why bother leaving your warm & dry sofa?**
If you enjoy getting outside, being around people, and doing something a bit different, you will probably enjoy hashing. Exercise is important, and this is probably the least boring way to get it.
'Hashing' and the idea of some physical activity to work up a thirst, have been around for almost 90 years and there are groups (*Hashes*) in most major cities. Its humor and 'traditions' can be explored on the internet - **or you can just come along and find out.** *See you there.*
We are of many nationalities, all ages, full of misfits and idiots (at least there is no one taking themselves seriously!) and always welcome newbies 'Virgin Hashers' and visitors from other groups.

Weâre still working to get more people into these Meetups, but our goal is to give PlayYourCourt members a few social tennis outings each week in addition to your practice sessions and Challenge League matches.
These Meetups are co-ed, super laid back, and all skill levels are welcome. Post your skill level and a suggested court in the comments section so we can round up as many players as we can for some tennis fun!
