Session de Biodanza
Le groupe se réunit à 19h30 au Centre des Arts et de la Scène dans le 15ème arrondissement.
Après une première partie de présentation, les participants sont invités à se laisser guider par les propositions en gardant le silence enter la ronde de début et la ronde de fin, en étant ainsi plus connecté à ses ressentis.
Il est recommandé de venir avec des vêtements amples pour ne pas gêner les mouvements. Nous dansons sans chaussures.

La **[Plateforme des Données de Santé](https://health-data-hub.fr/)** (Health Data Hub), en partenariat avec **l’Agence de Programme Numérique pilotée par [Inria](https://www.inria.fr/fr)**, organise pour la deuxième fois un *meetup* commun autour des **données synthétiques en santé.**
La session du 10 mars sera consacrée à l’utilisation des données synthétiques comme **méthode d’anonymisation** et **les métriques de confidentialité**, avec la présentation de **solutions techniques et opérationnelles** ainsi que des **cas d’usage réels** portés par l’écosystème.

Nous commencerons par une table ronde afin d'apprendre à mieux nous connaître. Je pense que cela nous aidera également à déterminer les sujets que nous pourrions aborder ce jour-là en fonction des présentations. N'hésitez pas à mentionner un sujet si vous souhaitez aborder un point en particulier.
Nous profiterons de cette première session pour déterminer le format de nos futures réunions. Est-il préférable de garder une conversation informelle sans préparation préalable ou vaut-il mieux choisir un sujet en se basant sur la lecture d'une partie d'un livre ou article avant chaque réunion?

We are recruiting new group leaders for virtual men's groups! Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment.

Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again.
So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that.
