After a joint arrival, we take the time to reflect on our needs as well as what we each have to offer to the world. We have the opportunity to practice pitching our offers and needs in a safe space and connecting with other inspiring women who are eager to support each others growth. The selected title is typically a "neglected gem" that most of us discover together for the first time. In this sense, the emphasis is on openness, exploration, and surprise. Each screening is followed by an in-depth group discussion, led and moderated by the curator. Across Spain and Latin America, ***sobremesa*** — the hours no one wants to leave the table. In Turkey and the Eastern Mediterranean, ***keyif*** — unhurried pleasure (the Greeks call it *kefi*, same ancient root). Across Italy and the Lusophone world — Portugal, Brazil, Mozambique — ***convivio*** — living together through the meal. In Southern Africa, ***ubuntu*** — "I am because we are." In Okinawa, ***moai*** — the lifelong circle that eats, walks, and grows old together. Across Malaysia and Indonesia, ***makan-makan*** — the easy, communal feast.
