The weather forecast for this Saturday is pretty promising so hopefully we’ll see you joining us for a great walk & coffee/ lunch in the park afterwards 🚶🏼‍♀️🚶🏻‍♂️ Walk takes approx 1.5 hours on the flat. This event is for anyone seeking a social run with like minded people. It will consist of 2 loops. the first loop will be run at 6 20 - 6 30 per km pace and will be about 7 km in length. We will then join with the main Dublin Runners group at 9:00 am back at the Visitors Centre (VC), where a variety of pace options will be available. This second loop will be approximately 10 km to 12 km. So you can choose to join at 8 15 am or 9 00 am. Please arrive 5 mins early as we are firm about start times. We usually finish with tea and cake in the cafe in the VC. If your pace is lower than 6 30 per km for about 8 km this run may not be for you. if you have any questions contact Harry.

If this is your first time attending, please provide your WhatsApp number—a temporary group will be created a week before the event and closed day after.

Mix of paces in this group from 6:30 min per km to close to 5 min per km. For those that want to do a longer distance, they will probably start earlier and link up with us for 9AM If you are doing one of the earlier runs (Such as Harry's run), please sign up for this too. Ideally we will run the trails if they are not too wet. Meet near the bus stop at the visitors centre car park. If you have any question, please get in touch. Hello gluttons! We've made a fresh date with our jaws at DA MIMMO, a fantastic ristorante pizzeria I've known for quite some time. I've gone there to eat their masterful pizza, delicious pasta with fish, and best in town "cannoli". I've never been disappointed with anything I've ever ordered from DA MIMMO. We can cut our budget a little because of the pizza, but if you prefer, you can also have a whole meal from antipasto to dessert. Total freedom!
