We have been to True Breakfast outlets several times (this one and the one at Cuppage) so we are a bit sad that they are closing down as they serve authentic Taiwanese breakfast. Inspired by that infamous Tik-Toker who went on a quest to "expose" all the Michelin hawkers, we figured, why not make up our own minds?
