Wave after wave of influenza engulfed entire countries. Entire populations were sickened and thousands died in a matter of hours. The Spanish Flu disappeared as quickly as it appeared in early 1918. But that was a century ago. And we have learned plenty from it. Learn about the history of the Spanish Flu and its impact on Toronto, how we fought it both on the ground and politically, and how it eventually disappeared.
