maar niet altijd uitkomen zoals je zou willen. Hier mag je binnenlopen bij mensen die weten hoe het voelt. en schaamteloos jezelf zijn. Tijdens het cafe creëren we ruimte, praten we over de krachten en de uitdagingen. Niet hangen en luisteren maar interactief ontdekken. Soms met een thema.
 Soms ontstaat het gesprek vanzelf.

Na die call bevestigen we of deelname past.** **Stuur dus altijd eerst een mail naar: Info@modernmanhood.nl voor een kennismaking!** **www.Modernmanhood.nl** In een tijd waarin veel mannen in hun eentje worstelen, willen wij iets anders aanbieden: een plek waar je niet hoeft te presteren. Waar je mag vertragen, voelen en delen. De grote aanvraag bevestigt voor ons: de behoefte aan échte verbinding en verdieping onder mannen is groot. In deze mannengroep komen we om de drie weken samen met een vaste groep van maximaal 10 mannen. We creëren een warme, veilige setting waarin we onderzoeken wat het betekent om man te zijn, in relaties, in werk, in vriendschap en in het dagelijks leven. Je hoeft niets te fixen of op te lossen. Je hoeft alleen te verschijnen zoals je bent. Elke avond werken we met een thema zoals woede, kwetsbaarheid, angst, kracht of verbinding. We combineren rituelen, lichaamswerk, deelrondes en oefeningen uit o.a. mindfulness, ademwerk en systemisch werk. Alles in een sfeer van openheid, zachtheid en respect. Je doet een commitment per 4 sessies. Je betaalt vooraf voor elke reeks van 4 bijeenkomsten. De groep loopt door; na elke reeks kun je je opnieuw verbinden en blijft je plek behouden. Zo ontstaat er vertrouwen, diepgang en continuïteit in de groep. De eerste stap is een korte, vrijblijvende kennismakingscall, om elkaar even te spreken en te voelen of het past. Daarna krijg je praktische info via WhatsApp en kun je instappen zodra de nieuwe groep start. De definitieve datum wordt afgestemd op de groepsgrootte en beschikbaarheid van de deelnemers. It is an outdoor movement class in a quite and unique location in Utrecht. We focus on functional breathing exercises, reaction games, learning new functional movement pattern. Think of different kind of squats and animal flow. We work on the mobility of the shoulders, spine and hips (Among others). Every session will have different kind movement flavors on the menu. So there will be a moment of surprise, curiosity and novelty in any class. Every exercise will be adjusted to your current level.

Daarom komen we **elke 2 weken** met spelauteurs uit de regio samen om prototypes van spellen te testen en ze zo beter te maken en misschien ooit wel gepubliceerd te krijgen. Om 8 uur verzamelen we bij [StartUp Nijmegen](https://startupnijmegen.nl/) voor een speltestavond. Afhankelijk van het aantal aanwezigen en prototypes dat er wordt meegenomen (neem zelf ook iets mee als je wilt) vormen we een aantal groepen. Bij kleinere spellen kun je in de loop van de avond van groep wisselen, bij grotere spellen moet je dat even overleggen. **Ook als je zelf** **geen spellen maakt** of een spel hebt dat je wilt testen, ben je natuurlijk van harte welkom. Het is voor ontwerpers heel fijn om de mening van zo veel mogelijk andere mensen te krijgen. En heel eerlijk: het testen van nieuwe spellen is ook gewoon heel leuk! We gaan door tot een uur of 11, maar voel je vrij al eerder naar huis te gaan. Er is **gratis koffie** **en thee** bij StartUp Nijmegen. Voor fris, bier of wijn wordt een kleine bijdrage gevraagd. In this talk we’ll try to explain our way of doing things, some of which might be obvious and you’ll know, some of which could be a bit more contentious or surprising. The technology may intrigue you, but the mindset is just as important. **About Dan Haywood** Dan Haywood is an independent consultant based in the UK, an ASF member and committer to Apache Causeway. He spends his days either cutting code or advising governments. **AI augmented teams: from tab complete to AI workforce** Ten months ago, when Radek and his team launched their project under a tight deadline and limited budget, it seemed nearly impossible. Fortunately, it was 2025—and agentic coding tools were ready to help. The team embraced these tools as a lifeline, developing a workflow where engineers and AI agents built software side by side.
