Let's go for Vietnamese fusion. The chef's banquet is pretty affordable at $65pp. It sounds pretty vague but the [MENU](https://www.kissandtell.melbourne/_files/ugd/4b3238_5e327b31ee6d4e06997d4507cbf5604d.pdf) looks good and they state that they curate the banquet depending on what the table want/likes. So it does sound like we would have to put some thought into it and make some decisions. If there's less than 6 of us on the night, we can do the tasting selection which is even cheaper at $55pp. As usual a $20 deposit will be required to secure your spot. this will be returned to you on the night (subtracted from your total), or refunded if you change your RSVP with at least two days notice.
