Holistica BodyMind Flow The Spring Sessions The Holistica classes are a blend of mobility, strength, breathwork, and deep relaxation exercises. We use Yoga, Qigong, and somatic practices, as well as playfulness, dance, and creativity. Welcome to our new photography group! This is an ongoing gathering for **Through Our Lens**, an ongoing empowerment photography and community storytelling workshop at MIITTI, Lapinlahden Lähde. Warm welcome to join our weekly improv club for amateurs! No previous experience in theatre or improvisation is required – the most important thing is to have fun and try something new. **IMPORTANT**: Spots are limited, please make sure to reserve yours!
