🍂 **Fall Walk: Rouge National Urban Park** 🌳 is Canada's only Urban Park and is one of our most popular hikes that we do as it's really the only hiking trail in Toronto that you can get to by TTC. Once you are on the trail you will not believe that you are still in the City. Not only will we be walking up and hills but I will take you to one of the best lookout points in the Valley. You don't want to miss an afternoon of hiking. This trail can be a bit challenging (with some ups and downs), so it may not be the best choice for beginners. But if you’re up for it, you’ll feel proud of yourself at the end — and you’ll have shared the experience with a great group of people. After the hike, we’ll enjoy a **group picnic** (30–40 mins). Need 3-5 volunteers depending on how many nets we will need Sign up here if you want to volunteer to help with equipment and set up in the morning. Volunteers will come early before the event start to help carry equipment and set up nets. Volunteers please arrive early at the assigned time and place. This session is open forum to share your current projects—whether complete or in progress, it’s all interesting! Whether you’re deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired. **New to electronics or curious about tinkering?** You’re absolutely welcome. If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience required—just an interest in learning and building. While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, we’ll be using public library facilities based on availability.

At Land grant is back! The 3 ton toad will go live on the beer garden stage beginning at 7 PM. They’ll keep the music going right up until the fireworks light up the sky.
