🏓 Beginner Table Tennis @ House of Padel Hi everyone! I’m new to table tennis and just starting to learn how to play. I created this event for anyone like me who wants to practice, learn the basics, and improve together. This is a beginner-friendly session, so no experience is needed at all. Its pivot activity is Capoeira (classes, rodas, workshops, public presentations, cultural events, performances), however it aggregates other cultural manifestations as: samba de roda, maculelê, frevo, ciranda, dança do coco, dança afro, puxada de rede, craftworks workshops of making and playing music instruments, video projections, movies, lectures about relevant cultural topics and matters related to enforcement of citizenship. All the activities realized through CECAB are designated to execution of social responsibility projects, further on the sportive, cultural and artistic activities through the realization of the shows, presentations and events related to Capoeira and Brazilian culture.

She was teaching kizomba in many countries of Europe, Asia and even Australia working with top names like: Mike Even's, L'Ange Noir Kizombar, Ennuel Iverson Full, Willy Dianza Dance Page, Ronie Saleh Artist, Oncle Kani and more... but teaching also on her own. She is a specialist in leading and following. During her classes she’s focusing on both leaders and followers giving them a lot of valuable advice helping to improve and feel more confident on the dance floor. Hi, all Independent Movie Lovers. You are invited meet at 7 pm, on Friday the 17th of April. This meeting is at the Café on the ground floor of the Light House Cinema, Smithfield Square, Dublin. We will discuss the film: **Two Prosecutors** (2025), directed by Russian director Sergey Loznitsa. The IFI is the only cinema now showing this movie, and lists it under the original title **Zwei Staatsanwälte**. We will also discuss the movie: **Amélie** (2001), directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet. This is the live-action movie from 2001, not the unrelated animated movie 'Little Amélie' currently in cinemas. This session geared towards: - Hitting and gently getting back into tennis. - Connecting with potential partners to play tennis. - Enabling weekly tennis sessions. Jugger is a fast paced but easy to pick up sport that is great for beginners. Its like a combination of tag rugby and fencing and is a great way to meet new people and then hit them with a padded stick. Its light contact and the only gear you need to bring is clothing you are comfortable running around in and some water.
