九龍城-桌遊聚會 時間：6:30-10:00PM 地點：九龍城聯合道133號石屋家園活動室 收費：每位$40 (大小同價) 12歲以下小朋友需由家長陪同 訂座電話：23250111 (需於當天中午12:00前預約服務，名額有限先到先得) 服務時間：每月第一、二、四個禮拜六晚上 18:30 – 22:00 石屋家園的活動室整潔乾淨，場內提供超過300款桌上遊戲(Board games)任玩。不僅適合親子同樂，也是好友相聚的好去處。 場內設有桌遊教學，歡迎一家大小一齊體驗桌遊的樂趣。

The DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT to CONFIRM SPOT is 23 APRIL 2026. FIRST PAY FIRST SERVED. We invite members who are beginners(who needs to learn from zero, or not familiar with rules, characters of tiles, counting of faans/points...) in mahjong playing to join us. Normally it takes around 5 classes, depending on your progress and if you feel ready, before going to advanced level of learning. Any beginner who finished beginner course may be invited to join my mahjong club where you will have a group of learners to practise and play with. The exact location to meet will be advised later. Each spot costs $310(including fee and venue rental, and one non alcoholic drink) REQUIREMENTS : 1. As we need to book the tables in advance, anyone who signed up needs to *confirm spot with payment no later than 23 April 2026*. Once a person has paid $310 via PayMe or FPS to tel # 91784798 (please notify), his/her spot will be confirmed by host. 1. The payment is non-refundable for whatever reason, unless otherwise stated. 1. We aim at having 2 tables, 4 players each(not including teacher). We organise board game meetup each month, which is different from a single table board game session. Multiple gaming tables are hosted in each meetup for the whole afternoon, from beginners to veterans. Everyone can choose their preferred games to learn. If you're new, don't worry and we'll teach all the games. The entry fee for the whole meetup is 60 dollars. The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~20 per person. Soft drink refills are 1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Thank you for your continued commitment to providing a fun and welcoming space to veteran, newbie, and rookie gamers in the Columbus area. Parking can sometimes fill esrly. There is additional parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.

Welcome to Casual Boardgames, where we enjoy classic tabletop games and social deduction games while bonding over good food, drinks, and great conversations. 
We started this group to meet new people and make new friends, and bonding over games in a relaxed atmosphere is a great way to do that. We currently meet near route 23 and Polaris Parkway, and this is close to areas like Powell, Lewis Center, Worthington, and parts of Westerville and Columbus. 
Feel free to bring your own games or play one of the many games our members bring. If you are inexperienced, we will help you learn. 
Here are just a few examples of the kind of games we play. 
Tabletop/board games: Splendor, Catan, Azul, Dominion, 7 Wonders… 
Social deduction games: Code Names, Chameleon, Werewords… 
IMPORTANT: 
1. While we love playing a variety of games and competing, we are not just about the games. We interact and talk while playing, and this leads to a lot of laughter and fun. If you just want to compete and focus solely on the game, then this is probably not the group you are looking for. 
2. Many people join groups like this and never (or rarely) show up after weeks or months. If you join and never really come, we will eventually remove you from the group as a courtesy to our members. Why? Because limiting group conversations (on the app) to regular members makes communication and planning much easier. Also, while it may be rare, it protects members from people who join because they are interested in following a person instead of having a real interest in our group. If you get removed, it is just because you haven’t come, and we follow this protocol as a courtesy to our regular game players.
