**Una invitación a bajar el ritmo y salir un rato del automático.** Nos encontramos para caminar juntos alrededor del Lago de Regatas, respirar aire fresco, mover el cuerpo y dejar que la naturaleza haga lo suyo: despejar, oxigenar y aflojar tensiones. Será un espacio simple y cuidado para habitar el cuerpo, calmar la mente y abrir el alma, compartiendo el recorrido con otros desde la escucha y la alegría. En este camino, **la atención plena se vuelve nuestra guía**, permitiéndonos entrenar la mente y abrir el corazón en cada paso. Lo hacemos simplemente **observando la respiración**, caminando a nuestro propio ritmo y escuchando las sensaciones del cuerpo para volver a habitarnos. A medida que avanzamos, nos vamos **abriendo al asombro**, dejando que los aromas y los sonidos que nos rodean nos saquen de los pensamientos y nos traigan al presente.
