The aim of this group is to get together and practice our German. Doesn’t matter if are a beginner or a native speaker. The goal is to speak and improve our German. Everyone is welcome! If the weather is good, look for us in the Biergarten. Pro Tip: Get there before 6:00 for happy hour pricing.

Younkin Branch Library (Ashville) meeting space is now reserved for any and all interested in or enthused by playing a game of chess. The second Thursday of each month, 6:00pm to 7:50pm. First gathering is Thursday, May 11th. No fees. Chess sets provided; however, you may bring your own if you wish.

You may not know it, but we are! We're in your schools, diners, police force, military, government, and some are even still in your churches! **Women of Truth Circle** is a sacred space where women come together to grow spiritually, share authentically, and support one another in living from truth and love. Each gathering invites reflection, open conversation, and gentle practices that help participants deepen their connection to Spirit — and to one another. Together, we explore topics such as self-awareness, forgiveness, compassion, emotional healing, and living with intention. The circle is rooted in Unity principles and honors each woman’s personal path to spiritual awakening.
