A fun way to compare wines from two different countries at a time. House Wine is squaring off two countries' wines against each other each Thursday in March. Shale Hollow is a beautiful preserve with about two miles of trail. We will hike it once then turn around and repeat for around 4 miles total. At times we will be next to the stream and there is a section in a prairie. Some elevation but nothing extreme. And then there are the amazing concretions!
