I will open the doors at 12:30 if you would like to warm up on the piano. I would like to start at 1:00 pm so please show up a few minutes early. Also, reach out to a friend and work up a duet – they are fun and always welcome. In the past we have had duets with two pianos, with singers, and with the clarinet, and they bring a nice variety of music to our meetings. People make plans and travel to show up on limited days for limited play because it is limited to experienced players. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. A fun way to compare wines from two different countries at a time. House Wine is squaring off two countries' wines against each other each Thursday in March.
