**Análisis de datos (utilizando R) en nutrición y mejora genética animal.** En la sesión Javier explicará como analizan datos de nutrición y mejora genética animal con R: depuración de bases de datos, comparación de medias y ANOVA, gráficos con ggplot). En genética hacemos más cosas, análisis del microbioma, utilizando reducción de la dimensionalidad, imputación, pls y pca, validaciones cruzadas (con paquetes o código creado).
