Come and join us every Saturday for a fun session of badminton. **This session is open for lower intermediates and above (no complete beginners allowed).** What that means is that you should have a grasp of doubles gameplay and be comfortable with short serves at minimum. **What Do You Need** Don't worry about equipment; racquets and shuttlecocks are provided, and there's no need for a badminton license or insurance. Just bring your indoor sports shoes and a willingness to meet new friends and have lots of fun. There are changing rooms and showers. **Get There Early** Try to get there early to change and warm up so we can start right on time. **Registration & Payments** Registration is 12€ per person, and you can sign up via PayPal through this event page. Bring your current read (or grab a new one!), settle in with a drink or snack, and enjoy an hour or two of calm, focused reading alongside fellow book lovers. 📖 No pressure, no agenda—just a peaceful moment to unwind, read, and maybe chat a little afterward. 😊 This group/event is an english-speaking one ( although the books don't have to be). We'll try to find a cozy and comfortable nook to settle into but we can't guarantee total silence. LE CACAO CEREMONIEL ET CHOCOLAT : Il y a une grande différence entre le chocolat commercial, souvent issu de variétés hybrides, cultivé et produit selon des pratiques éthiques parfois douteuses, et le cacao cérémoniel. Le chocolat commercial, y compris le bio cru, est hautement transformé, ce qui le prive de nombreux nutriments précieux pour le corps, l'esprit, le cœur et l'âme. Notamment, la PEA (phényléthylamine), connue comme la 'molécule de l'amour' – une amphétamine naturellement produite par notre corps lorsque nous sommes amoureux – est présente dans le cacao cérémoniel, mais est éliminée par les hautes températures du processus de torréfaction du cacao commercial. **LOTUS BLEU :** Le Lotus bleu, plante sacrée de l’Égypte ancienne associée notamment à Isis et aux mystères de la conscience, était utilisé dans des contextes rituels et méditatifs pour accompagner l’ouverture intérieure, l’intuition et les états de présence subtils. In this session we'll explore strategies to protect our codebases through unit and integration testing, documentation, and code review along with additional ways of providing context and guard rails to our AI agents as they carry out the work we've assigned them to do.
